“Didn't stay here in the end - they couldn't be bothered to answer my basic questions.”
+I didn't stay here in the end...
−I made multiple attempts to reach the owners/company running this place just to check arrangements for arrival / entry before we got there etc. ...and they just ignored me - even tried raising this with booking.com - that had no effect... in the end we stayed in another property in Bari. The negative reviews just put me off and I didn't trust them to get anything right... why can't they just reply to basic questions? Hence the low score - to be fair they did contact me on the day of arrival about entry - but I'd given up on them already.

+The location was very convenient,right in the center,and the view from the window was exceptional; everything was close by. The service from the staff was very prompt and professional. Everything in the room was clean.

+Dopo tanti anni di prenotazioni, questo è il mio primo giudizio negativo. La camera da me prenotata (camera matrimoniale con balcone) non è stata corrispondente a quella assegnata dalla struttura (camera 5, terzo piano). La camera assegnata presentava scarsa manutenzione. Durante il tempo trascorso in camera si sentiva continuamente un forte rumore di scarico acque vicino al letto, la cosa non ci ha permesso di riposare, ne tantomeno durante la notte di poter dormire. Inoltre, la porta della stanza si apriva con una semplice spinta dal corridoio, cosa che è successo, in quanto una ragazza ci è entrata in camera mentre noi eravamo dentro, la cosa ci ha preoccupato tanto. Al pensiero di dover lasciare i nostri effetti personali alla mercè di altri, siamo usciti fuori a Bari solo per poco tempo. Mi dispiace ma la struttura non la consiglio.

+Posizione perfetta 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione, 5 dalle stradine di Bari vecchia, e in pieno centro. Camera silenziosa, da consigliare.

“Parfait pour un court séjour à Bari”
+L'emplacement idéal : tout le centre se fait à pied et à 4 min de l'arrêt de bus pour l'aéroport. L'accès automatisé via smartphone est très fluide et pratique. La literie est très confortable.
−Un peu bruyant, notamment les utilisations de l’eau. Un espace partagé avec thé café pourrait être un plus.

+La ubicación. Muy cerca del autobús tanto para ir al aeropuerto como para ir al puerto.
−La necesidad del teléfono móvil para entrar al apartamento. No hay guarda equipajes los fines de semana ni 24h.

“Ottima posizione”
+La pulizia ..... eccezionale. Le persone preposte alla pulizia delle stanze si sono rivelate educatissime e bravissime. Posizione ottima. Garage (a pagamento) a pochi metri.
−I rubinetti: 1) il rubinetto del lavabo con il becco troppo corto (lavando le mani si urta il lato interno del lavabo) 2) il "telefono" della doccia era incrostato di calcaree.

+De locatie is prima, in de winkelstraat, 5 minuten lopen naar het oude centrum en prima bed.
−-de herrie makende waterleiding. Je blijft er wakker van -online inchecken en de deuren openen met je telefoon werkt, als je handig genoeg bent met je telefoon. - op onze kamer kon geen raam open met frisse buitenlucht lucht. - balkon is ook binnen en geen zitgelegenheid - geen koffie mogelijkheid, stond wel vermeld bij de mogelijkheden. -stroomuitval op de slaapkamer
