“Amazing place”
+The room allocated to us had a great view of the see, beach and pavilion. The room was a good size, very clean, there was a kettle, cups, milk, tea and coffee in the room, also toiletries provided. The bed was very comfortable. The house had a really nice feel to it, a homely feel. The breakfast was good, it was busy morning but there was no waiting for anything. The place overall is very well looked after and would definitely recommend it to friends and would love to go back. There is a big paid parking nearby which was a good value for 1 night stay as it is free between 6pm and 8 am (better check yourselves the times).

“Great stay at the Cavendish Weymouth”
+The room was a good size & very comfortable. You couldn't ask for a better location, with a big bay window which looks straight out onto the beach. The breakfast was really enjoyable, with a good selection as well as a full English. The owners were very friendly & attentive.
−I enjoyed my stay very much & there wasn't really anything I didn't like.

“By the river, sea and harbour”
+A great welcome from the hosts and a room that included everything that was expected. My room had a great view to the river/harbour. I enjoyed being asked what I would like for breakfast and having it served by a happy host. Breakfast was so well organised, a throwback to classic seaside holidays.
−For me, breakfast was available too late. It was unfortunate that this stay was spoilt by the noise coming from neighbours. I felt like I was listening to their TV rather than mine. Hearing loud conversation from an adjoining room definitely compromised my stay. I recommend the hotel but take ear plugs!

+Very clean Outstanding view Excellent breakfast Very close to harbour and beach right outside the door.
−Nothing we didn’t like but if you have mobility problems ask for a lower ground floor room.
