“Overall good. Comfortable. What I expect for Eastbourne”
+Easy to get too
−It was windy. Even with windows shut, the wind whistled so loudly I had to wedge towels under the door

“We enjoyed our stay and would consider returning it we cam to Eastbourne again.”
+Room 310 was a lovely room with great views over the sea. Both the buffet dinner and breakfast were good and, because of my wife's disability, we were allowed to eat in our room which was very helpful.
−Because of the high winds, the front door was closed for safety reasons. However, the alternative side entrance was poor with an uneven surface and no roof cover against the rain. My wife found this alleyway quite stressful as the uneven surface meant that it was difficult to use her trolley.

“Disappointing”
+Good location Easy to find Car park
−Cleanliness was of a very poor standard I was put into three different rooms before they found one that had at least working facilities and that was at a push Beds were extremely uncomfortable as were the pillows Staff not particularly friendly or welcoming Head office non responsive when issues raised

+That we didn't get bothered.
−The room was very dusty. Wasn't enough pillows and our towel radiator didn't work. The Main entrance wasn't accessible so had to use back ally that was very slippery due to the weather wasn't safe at all.
