“Amazing host and place with soul”
+Angel was an incredible host who made our stay memorable. He helped a lot during our stay and reccomended places to go. Whole house had unique decor. Apartment is very close to Prato Centrale train station and to the city centre so location is very well suited for anyone who travels by public transit. Room was clean and toilet had everything to feel comfortable in.
−Room has no AC - we were during heatwaves so it could get hot during the day, but also we were there during heatwaves (around 35C).

“Great host and Nice stay”
+The room was spacious and tastfully decorated, the bed was very comfortable. The guest house was in a quiet and safe residential area, but was a 15 minute walk to the train station and the old town. Angel was very responsive and quick to answer our enquiries. The delicious crossiants and coffee were also a highlight in the morning and the restaurant recommendation was also very nice.
−Booked a room with a small private bathroom one level below the bedroom by mistake. Need to climb stairs in the middle of the night, not very convenient for an elderly with sore knees. But it's okay anyway.

+The large room with balcony was perfect for us as we were beginning a long cycling trip. Angel is a great host - welcoming and really helpful. He allowed us to store bikes in the garage, and provided breakfast on both mornings. Excellent location close to both the station and old town, and amazing decor!

“Zeer gastvrije B&B nabij Florence, handige tips van de eigenaar en een warm Italiaans huisgevoel.”
+Goede B&B in de nabijheid van Florence. De badkamer is privé, maar bereikbaar via een korte gang, en je verblijft echt bij de eigenaar in huis - wat geen probleem oplevert. De eigenaar is zeer gastvrij en vriendelijk, geeft veel tips en reageert direct via WhatsApp, zelfs voordat je aankomt. Voor elke uitdaging heeft hij een oplossing! De WiFi zou iets stabieler kunnen zijn, maar dat was niet storend, en ook hier had de eigenaar een oplossing voor. Vanaf de locatie ben je met de trein in ongeveer 15 minuten in Florence. De eigenaar gaf ons een tip voor een pizza-restaurant (Elementi), waar we de lekkerste pizza ooit hebben gegeten. Het ontbijt werd door een vriend van de eigenaar voor ons klaargemaakt, wat het verblijf zeer gastvrij maakte; je voelt je echt thuis in een Italiaans huis. Als we nog eens in de buurt zijn, zullen we hier zeker weer boeken.
