“Absolutely Exceptional Stay with an Exceptional Family!!”
+I have been staying at Casa Todosantos for over a month now, and the family has been nothing but warm and welcoming. The host and owner is Maria Soledad (known as “Sole”), who is truly one of a kind!! 🥰🥰🥰 From the moment I arrived, she welcomed me with open arms. Every request and need that I or the other guests had was met with the most exceptional customer service I have ever experienced in all my travels. She is genuinely devoted to serving others and does everything with heart. At an additional yet very affordable Cost, Sole offers hot and delicious breakfast! She truly has a heart of gold. And the location is excellent!! It is located in the historic San Blas neighborhood which is only about a 15-20 minute walk from Historic Downtown area!! And approx. a 10-12 min walk from all the popular cafes and restaurants!! Her Home is in the Heart ❤️ of it ALL! Their outstanding 5-star service, combined with the great location, is one of the main reasons I highly recommend Casa Todosantos to anyone visiting Cuenca, Ecuador. 🤗🤗🤗

“Memories To Last a Lifetime”
+My time in Cuenca was such a wonderful experience, made extra special as it was my very first solo trip away from my wife and family. Staying at Casa Todos Santos made it all possible,it was the absolute perfect place to call home for five weeks! Sole and her lovely family were incredibly welcoming, warm, and accommodating from day one. I had read reviews calling it a 'home away from home,' and it truly lived up to every word. On top of that, the location couldn't be better: the beautiful Tomebamba River, the Historic Center, and the Supermaxi grocery store were all within easy walking distance. It was so comfortable that I honestly wished I could have stayed longer. I made some wonderful connections during my time here that I hope will turn into lifelong friendships. I will definitely be returning to Cuenca, and I know for sure that Casa Todos Santos will be my home away from home every time!

“A little piece of home.”
+I liked everything. It was like a little home away from home. The absolute friendliest, most accommodating host.
−My only problem was the skylight making the room to bright in the morning, but that's because I was trying to sleep in late. In reality, it lights the room up perfectly throughout the day. No big deal though, I forgot my eye shades. Nothing against the property, just a personal thing. The bed was a little firm fir me, but that also is a personal preference as I sleep in a shot mattress with a type at home.

+This is an exceptionally beautiful space, with massive natural light, lovely decor, plants, dogs, and all the touches and comforts that make a home a home. Super comfortable bed, delightful little kitchen. Wonderful host family.

“Cuenca is Lovely”
+Host was welcoming and friendly. Location is excellent for walking to everything, while being quiet. Access to a washer and a dryer. Breakfast was very good. Casita was very clean.
−We had booked 1 private room with 2 twin beds and a shared kitchen (room had been changed to a double bed). We were offered a casita with full private kitchen that had come available and chose it over the room with a shared kitchen. But the bed was only a double - too small for 2 adults. We would have been happier with a queen bed or 2 twins.

+The owner Soledad and her family were most welcoming. I felt like I was a member of the family. The breakfasts were very delicious and varied each of the 6 days I ate there. It was quiet and had beautiful surroundings.

“A wonderful guest house with outstanding service.”
+This establishment is excellent. The breakfast was fantastic and the hosts are most helpful and gracious. I support the wonderful reviews others have left for this guesthouse. The WiFi is very fast, strong and consistent. I wish all the places I've stayed in South America were of this quality.

“Exceptional”
+My friend was sick and we had an overnight bus to catch. The one room wasn't booked, so they let her sleep in the room till we had to catch our bus, at no extra charge. We really appreciated this. Location is great, with a view of a historical church from the window. Just be aware that the entrance isn't marked properly and it can be a bit confusing to find - although nothing that a phonecall can't resolve.
