“Be careful”
+If you are handicapped stay away, in particular if you have luggage to handle. But if you enjoy walking uphill quite a few times a day or climbing stairs ( not all do have handrails), then this your place. The hotel apparently does not fancy lifts. Do not expect to get assistance from staff. There are no sign posts and/or a floor plan in the reception area, allowing you to find your room on your own, so have to wait for a (senior) staff to guide you. As the hotel does not seem to be overstaffed, that means, that if you arrive in a group, you have to wait a rather long time to get to your room. For breakfast only cereals and sweets - stretch clothes may be advisable if you plan to stay longer.

“Relaxing vacation at Villaggio Casarossa”
+We had a wonderful holidays at Villaggio Casarossa. This was our second stay in four years. All that impressed us 4 years ago remained, and more was added to it. The staff are exceptionally warm and professional. The service is of very high standard. The accommodation is very comfortable and pleasant. The setting of the resort is excellent, lovely Crotone. The facilities, the gardens, the pools, the playground are all very well-kept. We had the half board option. The food was delicious, plentiful, varied, and of high standard. There’s plenty to do in the region. From spectacular Le Castella, to Capo Colonna, to other similar things. The tourist entertainment is amazing. We highly recommend Villaggio Casarossa!

“Poor place and awful experience.”
+The only good thing about this hotel is that room was clean. First of all, be bought a full inclusive package and we didn’t even get the bottle of water to our room. Administrator told us that it’s possible to use water dispenser but it’s not really an option for example at night. The food is eatable at best, for example breakfast finishes at 10am when at 9am there is no omlet left, only buns. Only few options to choose. At lunch or dinner time it’s not aloud to sit wherever you want, the place is decided by personel and they are pretty angry when you don’t want to sit with unknown people at the same table. The same situation is with beach sunbeds. Only few people speak in English. Would not recommend and won’t come back here ever again.
