“Excellent location, but extremely poor sound insulation”
+Vittoria is friendly
−The location was convenient, but unfortunately, the sound insulation was extremely poor. The ceiling appeared to be made of wood, and every footstep from the apartment above was clearly audible, accompanied by heavy thudding and vibrations. We could also hear phone calls, ringing phones, and conversations from upstairs almost word for word. The noise was extremely disruptive and significantly affected my sleep and overall comfort. I understand that Venice has many historic buildings, but guests should be made aware of such serious sound insulation issues before booking. Given the property’s high rating of 9.1, the actual experience was very disappointing. I would not recommend this accommodation to anyone who values a quiet night’s sleep.

+Super kind staff, lovely recommendations, great area, clean room.
−Beds were extremely uncomfortable, very firm and squeaky. Also it shows as a triple room with sofa bed but it was just the one bed which could be split into two twins. They ended up separating and making up the two beds which was nice but the booking made it look like one larger bed and a sofa bed or twin.

“A lovely and charming place to stay in Venice - we really enjoyed our time here! 😊”
+A very pleasant, clean and charming place to stay. Great location, comfortable surroundings, and a kind and helpful host. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.
−The many, many stairs! 😊 But at least we left feeling fitter! 😄

+Super lokalizacja, blisko do istotnych miejsc. Pokoje czyste - codziennie sprzątane, miły poczęstunek w formie włoskich ciasteczek plus napoje bezalkoholowe w lodówce na duży plus. Personel miły i pomocny. Miejsce z klimatem, chętnie kiedyś wrócimy ❤️
−Głośna klimatyzacja - ogrzewanie w naszym przypadku

“Ik kom er graag een keer terug.”
+Fantastische locatie vlakbij gezellige pleintjes
−De afvoer rook een beetje. Vermoedelijk stonden er daarom geurstokjes. Gelukkig konden we de ramen zelf openen en goed ventileren.
