+I really enjoyed my stay at this apartment! The location was great, as it was close to the city and made it easy to get around. The owner was very friendly and welcoming, and having air conditioning in the apartment was definitely a plus. I would happily recommend this place to others!

+Overall, the accommodation was clean, the bed was comfortable and there was reliable hot water, but the location, maintenance issues, disorganised check-in and particularly the unexpected access to our room significantly affected our experience.
−There were several aspects that made our stay less convenient. The location is quite far from Palermo city centre, around a 30-minute walk, and the buses are not very reliable. This means you lose a lot of flexibility when planning your day and getting around the city. The bathroom was very small, and both the door handle and the tap were loose and seemed to be coming off, so some maintenance is needed. The biggest issue initially was the check-in. I informed the host the day before, and again on the day of arrival, that we would be arriving in Palermo at around 2:00-2:30 pm. However, I only received a response close to 5:00 pm. In the end, the host simply explained the check-in procedure over the phone, which could easily have been communicated much earlier. The check-in system itself is also unnecessarily complicated, with a key that is left hanging in a common area shared by the different rooms. This common area is quite small, and you can hear everything from inside the rooms whenever someone enters or uses it. More concerningly, on Saturday morning we left our room and returned at around 2:00 pm to find a man doing laundry and changing bed linen, using our room as an access po

+The room was spacious and comfortable. Had a lovely big shower. Our host Giovanni was always available by WhatsApp and he was very helpful. Even took us to the airport as our shuttle couldn’t take us. We didn’t use the metro and walked into the old town. It’s about 2km but all flat. Great stay.

“Una mezza truffa, state alla larga!”
+Le poche cose decenti non sono minimamente rilevanti a fronte delle gravissime mancanze di questo posto.
−Le foto su booking non erano quelle della nostra stanza (tantomeno della "cucina in comune"). Il punteggio su booking non è realistico (9.2 a quando ho prenotato io, ma non darei nemmeno 2). Al nostro arrivo ci chiede di non buttare la carta igienica nel water ma nel cestino affianco (che poi non ha mai fatto svuotare) perché ha uno scarico particolare che si ostruisce. Solo quando ce ne siamo andati, tra le nostre varie lamentele, ci rivela che la carta igienica si può buttare nel water, ma lui lo dice a tutti gli ospiti perché alcuni ci buttano di tutto facendolo intasare... Il nostro bagno era minuscolo e non aveva nemmeno un porta asciugamani. Solo un misero gancio dove mettere il telo doccia per una persona, mentre tutto il resto eravamo costretti a buttarlo in giro. Niente bidet né doccino, niente ripiani o mobiletti su cui appoggiare gli effetti personali. La dotazione non è quella mostrata su booking: La "cucina in comune" e la lavatrice sono inutilizzabili, in quanto la lavatrice era staccata, lontano dalla presa della corrente, e con dei panni dentro chissà da quanto. “No es idóneo para gente viajando con mucho equipaje. Agua caliente no funciona bien”
+La terracita. El propietario nos dio otra habitación con baño privado dentro de la habitación sin cargo adicional, él decía que era mejor que la que habíamos reservado pero creo que no se pueden ver las fotos de esta habitación en el perfil de los apartamentos. Nos resultó fácil aparcar enfrente del apartamento. En 20 minutos aproximadamente puedes llegar al centro de Palermo caminando
−Para llegar al apartamento tienes que subir bastantes escaleras hasta que puedes llegar a un ascensor que te ahorra el último piso, estaría bien que se avisara de esto por si vas muy cargado de maletas. La habitación era bastante pequeña, tenía una cama de matrimonio y una de 90, por lo que no había prácticamente espacio para poner las maletas ni en el suelo y poder moverte. El agua caliente iba y venía, durante la ducha te llegaba agua caliente y fría, lo que no es muy agradable. Estoy casi seguro de que no hay fotos de la habitación en la que nos quedamos nosotros
