“Clean. Quite. Comfortable. Good value for money. Very friendly staff.”
+There was a gentleman who check us in who was extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble for him. The accommodation was clean and it was very good value for money.
−Complicated lock on the sliding gate to our room. Aircon could have been a bit more effective.

+The owner was friendly, allowed me an early check-in.
−The place is well for a night stay but my room was below my expectations. I only needed a crushing place for the night, on that basis it was fair

“Not what I expect for the cost from a Booking.com host.”
+Location was close to where we were visiting. A very polite and friendly host met us in the street to show us the way to the room.
−The advert showed a house with palm trees. We were located a room at the back, behind the house next door. There were no signs posted to show we had arrived at the correct location. Cushions on the outside furniture were so worm that there were holes in the covers. unlike the advert photo of the house, the building we were in had not been painted for some years. There were electricity extensions over the electric stove top to the microwave, kettle and toaster. There was ingrained dirt on the bathroom cabinet, kettle top, dustbins, electric adapters, etc. A broken window in the bathroom. I opened the blind in the kitchen to open a window overnight and there was no glass, so no security, and the gap had been stuffed with a piece of old canvas with bird droppings on it. The teaspoon I was going to use had old food on it. I am astounded that the hosts thought we would not notice all of this. I have photographs to show what we found.
