“Good for Giza”
+When you first arrive at the property you do wonder what you have booked as it is a busy area and you access it from a side street but the instructions are clear, staff friendly and we just needed a room for two nights to explore the pyramids of Giza. It was clean, fairly compact and did the job well.
−We didn’t try breakfast as the times did not work out for our trip and there was no ability to have a breakfast to take away.

+Almost none.
−The hotel entrance was not clearly marked and was quite difficult to find. The overall environment was very poor, and it was very noisy in the middle of the night, with people banging on the walls, making it difficult to fall asleep. The breakfast was very basic, with hardly anything to eat. The front desk staff were smoking, and the smell was very strong. They tried to blow the smoke away with a fan.

−I booked two airport pick-ups and two drop-offs to Cairo Airport through the hotel for a total of $75. I also booked a full-day private car service to visit the Pyramids and the Grand Egyptian Museum for $55. The service was absolutely terrible. Every time I arranged a pick-up, I had to wait 45 minutes to an hour for the driver to show up. When I tried calling, nobody answered the phone. Afterward, the hotel owner came up with all sorts of excuses, saying things like the driver had gone to eat or that his mother was sick. This was completely unacceptable and a huge waste of my time. I paid for a service that I expected to be reliable, but the hotel repeatedly failed to deliver. The excuses afterward only made things worse. I will never trust this hotel owner again. I strongly advise other travelers to think twice before booking airport transfers or private tours through this hotel.

+Énormément de bruit dans le hall de l’hôtel et sur le pallier qui vous permet de dormir uniquement entre 2h et 6h du matin (ma chambre était celle juste derrière le bureau de l’accueil)
