+It was a clever use of what one can only hope had been a underused property.
−Never spoke to, met, saw, or heard from anybody connected to the property. It could’ve been AI for all we know.

“Decadent stay for not a lot of money”
+Very central to the train station and the old area of Belluno. Lovely upstairs area with seating and dining area - extra nespresso coffee available. The room was decorated lovely and had complimentary toiletries of a good quality. The bed is great
−Everything was great.

“Great stay!”
+Beautiful property and host was very thorough when it came to the check in instructions. I liked that they had options to store luggage for a few days before our arrival as we were hiking for 10 days prior to arrival. Host was very responsive and had great communication. Rooms were as expected and loved the coffee area!
−The building is a little bit of a maze but if you can follow instructions, it's easy to find your rooms! Luggage storage each day was 5 Euros per bag per day so that did add up. The luggage was not already in the room when we arrived so I had to find it in the outdoor garage, however the host was able to describe where it was to retrieve it.

“Good stay in Belluno”
+Stayed with 2 other after finishing the alta via 1. The main beds were comfy and the place was well decorated. Very easy self check in.
−There was a door to the toilet but not to the shower room which was inconvenient when staying with a group. The foldable bed for the 3rd person was comfortable but collapsed at some point in the night although this could have been their fault. "Breakfast included" means an 8 euro gift card for a nearby Cafe which was enough to cover coffee and a small meal. The pancakes were very good!

“Thoughtful details, comfortable environment, great location”
+The apartment was spacious and we enjoyed being able to use the lounge area and the courtyard. The location was great, easy walking distance to shops and restaurants.
−The main bed was very comfortable but the extra bed was very firm. There also weren’t instructions on how to use the air conditioner. We figured it out, but it would be nice to include in the other instructions that are provided.
