“Great location, value for money.”
+Comfortable bed, it is a room within someone’s house so the other facilities are shared including the bathroom. Everything was clean. The Nonna that lives in there doesn’t speak much English but is accommodating.
−It was quite warm and when we asked for the aircon remote the owner was reluctant to give it to us because she said it was expensive. Eventually she was very sweet and welcoming once we sorted that out.

+Close to the train station, first floor. Breakfast near by. Lady is very kind.
−The room was ok for the price - facing the street. Bed: mattress okay. Furniture: okay Bathroom: urgent improvement needed. When you flush and stand near the sink you get a shower from the toilet water collection process. Floor is kind of clean - but not more at all. Not at all barefooth recommended. Toilet was dirty with remains - not nice. The entire entrance & house smells of a cat. Cat food is visible at the entrance. Not a pleasant smell at all!!

“Wonderful place to stay to explore Rome while staying inside an Italian home.”
+I really enjoyed my stay. My host was a wonderful Italian lady. I don't speak one word of Italian but we were able to communicate just fine. She was very nice and very helpful. She helped me open the doors when I had trouble with the locks. She lended me her charger when mine wasn't working. She stored some food for me in the fridge. The room was clean. The shared bathroom was clean. The shower was nice and hot. The location was excellent, steps away from Termini station, but in a nice neighborhood.
−At night, there can be some music from nearby restaurant but bring earplugs and you will be fine, it is not that loud.

“Great location, decent stay, house needs maintenance”
+The location was great, just a few blocks from the train station and bus station. The mattress was comfortable.
−There was no common area, just our bedroom and the tiny bathroom, and the place cluttered with cleaning supplies and other stuff. It strongly smelled like cat litter. The screen windows were full of holes. The bidet didn’t work, the tank for the toilet was spraying water on the sink area when we flushed, and the shower head was broken. Outside our bedroom was a restaurant (very good) which was noisy at night but we had to sleep with the windows open because the owner didn’t offer to use the AC… The breakfast is at a restaurant next block over and it is a nice place but the choice is limited (just pastries) (the coffee is very good though!)

“Excelente anfitriona”
+Totti es una anfitriona excelente, es muy atenta y respetuosa, siempre estuvo pendiente de nosotros y de nuestra comodidad. Valoramos mucho el desayuno, es un servicio incluido en un bar muy cercano al alojamiento donde te ofrecen horneados frescos y bebidas calientes o frías, perfecto para empezar los recorridos del día.

“Recomendable”
+El punto donde se encuentra el alojamiento es inmejorable, recorrimos Roma a pie, se encuentra a 20 minutos media hora de los lugares más importantes. Totti es muy amable. Estamos muy contentos de habernos hospedado con ella. Recomendamos

+Lo que más me gustó de la estadía fue la excelente atención de la dueña, siempre muy amable y súper atenta a todo. La ubicación también es muy buena, a solo dos cuadras de la terminal, desde donde salen autobuses y trenes hacia distintos destinos. ¡Una estadía muy recomendable! Sin duda la próxima vez en Roma volveré a Casa Totti
