“My experience with the accommodation was very disappointing, mainly due to the attitude and the way the issue was handle”
+Pool
−Due to an unexpected health issue, I had to leave the accommodation earlier than originally planned. I personally discussed the situation with the person responsible for the accommodation, who was fully aware of the circumstances. Before my departure, I was not informed that a refund for the unused nights would not be possible. On the contrary, I was assured that the refund would be arranged. However, after my departure, the explanation suddenly changed. First, I was told that the staff member was not authorized to make such a decision, and later I was even told that I had left the accommodation simply because I did not like it. This is completely untrue, and I never stated that as a reason for leaving. What is particularly disappointing is that the person responsible was personally aware of my situation, yet I was not informed before leaving that a refund would not be possible. Had this been clearly communicated to me at the time, I would have had the opportunity to make a different decision. This was not a matter of simply disliking the accommodation. It was an unexpected health situation that required an immediate change of plans. From the accommodation, I expected nothing more

+The house is nice and well maintained, and the apartment was clean. We appreciated having a swimming pool, as the beach was pretty close but you still need to drive there , it was about a 5-minute drive. The hosts were very helpful and welcoming.
−The kitchen could’ve been equipped better, but as we stayed only for 1 night, it was okay. For a longer stay, though, there are some things we would have been missing. The other thing is , be aware that if you would like to go to the old town after spending the day at the beach, you need to leave at least by 3:30 pm, or even earlier, as there is only one one-lane road going to the town. At some point, when everyone is leaving the beach, it gets crazy jammed.
