“Excellent location, wonderful staff and great value for money!”
+The location was fantastic, just a 7-minute walk to Plaza de Armas, Cusco’s main square. Most of the town’s main attractions are within walking distance, including Qorikancha, Sacsayhuamán, San Pedro Market and many more. There are also plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, making it a convenient base for exploring Cusco. The staff were excellent , friendly, welcoming and always willing to help. A special mention to Anthony, the manager, who was constantly busy but always made sure guests were well looked after and any issues were addressed. During our stay, there was a small earthquake at night, and Anthony personally went around to every guest room to check on everyone and explain the safety precautions to take if there were further tremors. This was very reassuring and showed how much he genuinely cared about his guests. We stayed in a room on the second floor with a jacuzzi, which was nice for three people. The beds were comfortable, and the shower had good water pressure and hot water. Unfortunately, the jacuzzi wasn't working, and we didn't get a chance to ask Anthony to fix it as there were other unexpected issues to deal with, including the earthquake and sudden council r
−The small outdoor stairs leading up to our room, it was old and railing and handle was a bit loose. It was stable enough as it survived the earthquake but maybe they should check and fix it. If it was raining, you may get wet, but luckily during our 5 days in Cusco, we had perfect sunny weather. Wished the jacuzzi worked, it would have been nice as specifically booked the room for it. If you suffer from Altitude sickness or have issues with stairs, request a room on the ground floor as climbing up stairs may affect it.

−Small rooms, facilities do not have water for whole night! They change us from a rooms and second room wasn't ready. Reception close at 10:00 if you arrive late or too early nobody can help you.. I the second room the hot water ends at 9:00! I do not recommend.

“Too expensive for what they offer”
+Breakfast was good
−The rooms were way smaller than expected. The outlets were hard to reach. My room's Tv didnt have signal nor could I use any streaming service. The wifi wasnt the best. The entrance to the hotel was a little sketchy, since the main door was always open.

−Old, not well maintained, dirty walls doors and light switches, bathroom fan not working, black mold and pealing paint on ceiling in bathroom, dirty hall carpets, no lobby area to lounge in, towel looked stained yellow.

+Localização excelente. Quarto limpo, funcionários atenciosos, principalmente o Anthony, chuveiro com água quente a qualquer hora. Café da manhã simples, mas gostoso, quando saímos cedo, deixaram uma sacolinha com lanche pro passeio.
−O quarto fica com luz natural o tempo toda, de noite fica escuro, mas clareia junto com o sol (os passeios são pela manhã, então não faz muita diferença). As noites eram frias, então o quarto estava confortável, mas pra quem for no verão, não tem ar condicionado.
