“Felt like we were staying in a museum!”
+The host was amazing. Unfortunately I do not remember his name. It was like staying in a museum. There were so many antiques and he knew the history on each piece. He was so passionate about his wive’s family history with their home. Our room was so spacious and thoughtfully furnished. There were ample plugs for all your devices. The view of the old town from our window was so beautiful. The breakfast was a nice variety with jams and lemon curd made from the fruit in their garden. They even had gluten free options! It was a short beautiful enjoyable walk to the historic town center to shop or have a bite to eat. Would definitely recommend!
−Nothing. It was very enjoyable.

“Wonderful place to stay”
+Stunning 15thC family home. Large spacious room overlooking beautiful terrace. Wonderful host who showed us the layout of walled town. Lots of restaurants close by. We were able to park right out front of accommodation. Kettle in room.& coffee machine also available to use.

“Beautiful place to explore Obidos from”
+We loved that our room was spacious and we had a garden. We were decompressing from a tour of Portugal, and just wanted some quiet. Casa Picva was close to the gates of Obidos. The owner was on site and very helpful, arranging a taxi for us to go to the airport the following morning. He also recommended a restaurant very close to Casa Picva that was wonderful, we really enjoyed that. When we sat down for a snack in the evening in their garden, his wife brought blankets, plates and silverware and bread, very, very nice.
−Can't think of anything
