“The apartment was clean and comfortable . We enjoyed our stay very much”
+The location was great. We were surrounded by restaurants, cafes, bars and shops. Our host, Clemente, was wonderful. He responded to our query re the air con within minutes. We had difficulty getting a taxi to the station for our departure but again Clemente sorted this out for us. He was an absolute star
−There is a very busy road just by the property which can be very noisy. The bedrooms are let separately so it is possible that you will share the kitchen and dining area with strangers. This is not absolutely clear in the details.

“Just a room with an ensuite”
+Good AC and not too noisy, close to good bars and restaurants
−Confusing setup - was actually just a room with an ensuite. When we arrived the people renting the other room were just as confused and acted like it was their place - we felt like we were staying at their place, not great.

“For a one night stay it’s ok.”

−We were not aware that we would be sharing the apartment with another couple. They had a bedroom and bath and we had a bedroom and bath. The kitchen and living room were shared. Uncomfortable at best since we did not know each other and I have never done that in any place I’ve rented. Also our room and bath were not clean when we got there.

“Het verblijf vonden wij zeer onaangenaam”
−De locatie is zeer slecht. Er is 24/7 zoveel verkeerslawaai dat het verblijf buitengewoon onaangenaam is. Je kunt er niet slapen, alsof het verkeer door je slaapkamer raast.

−Le lenzuola erano pulite, ma avevano al loro interno peli e capelli. I pezzi igienici del bagno presentavano calcare e nel piatto doccia erano presenti capelli. Inoltre, il letto non era un letto ma un divano letto che per altro cigolava. L'unica finestra disponibile aveva una zanzariera che non si poteva aprire, ma tra l'altro era inutile avendo la finestra chiusa da una sorta di pannello.

“Casa Ortensia Formia”
+Abbiamo soggiornato una notte sola in questo appartamento. Facilità di accesso e posizione perfetta dell' alloggio, situato proprio nel centro di Formia, dotato di ascensore. C'è una zona giorno molto carina, in comune con gli altri ospiti La pulizia era perfetta, nulla da eccepire. Il bagno carino e pulito. L'host è stato molto gentile e ci ha dato le indicazioni necessarie per accedere all' alloggio.
−La camera molto scomoda, piena di oggetti di grandi dimensioni per una camera così piccola. Il divano letto scomodo, probabilmente montato male perché ti dà l'impressione di dormire in discesa, talmente ingombrante che non ti permette il passaggio dalla parte opposta. La finestra si apre, ma tra grate e zanzariere varie, non fa entrare l'aria. Secondo me, con meno oggetti e senza armadi vari, la camera sarebbe molto più carina e vivibile.
