“Poor service”
+The place was overall was nice.
−The poor service. We had to go ourselves to get toilet paper and towels, we asked for it but didn't get it. The door key didn't work and they didn't fix it. It said food service until 9pm, we got there around 7:30pm and didn't have many choices, poor quantity, and when we wanted to get something additional before 8pm they said there's nothing left.

“Really like it just a few small things could be better but definitely worth the stay”
+Location , gardens
−Amenities could be a little better like extra toilet paper wine by the glass , more egg options beyond scrambled for breakfast

“Not comming back.”
+The view was ok. Loved the resident cat.
−Our room was way too hot, the A/C wasn't big enough to cool it down. When I called the front desk they had the audacity to ask me if I even knew how to operate the remote. We had several leaks in our room, after reporting them they just ignored my request. In the pictures it looks like this property is right in front of the beach, which is absolutely not true. The nearest beach entrance is like 1 KM away. For a place that charges $300 a night they at least should have a 24h kitchen, they don't even offer one.
