“Very poor we did not stay at all due to the state of the room”
+Nothing
−Faulty electricity, fire hazards, sheets not changed, dirty towel left out, trash still in the bin. Dead bugs everywhere, suspicious stains.

−Absolutely disgraceful establishment. The level of cleanliness was appalling. There was a “do not use” sign on top of the toilet accompanied by dirty duvet sheets on the floor of both the toilet and the shower. Our key box was wide open allowing us access to keys for various different rooms. There was no sense of security. Every surface and piece of furniture was unclean and stained. There was no sheets on the beds. The staff here shoved duvet covers into a locker, and had a drying rack with stained sheets waiting for us in the hall. We called the owner and he didn’t even realize we had booked two rooms instead of one, again enabling easy access to the room beside us as the keys were just lying around. He was completely inattentive. Due to the extreme feeling of unsafe and uncleanliness, we had to leave and buy another accomodation.

“Okayish”
+Location was convenient
−There is no air conditioning and a very small fan in the room which is barely enough. We were sweating the whole time.

“I would strongly advise against staying at Casa Nora.”
+Nothing at all
−When we arrived, the main entrance door was broken and would not close, which made the property feel unsafe. The apartment was also very dirty: the other rooms were left open with food scraps inside, and the bathrooms were unclean. The toilet doors did not have working locks, which was unacceptable. The overall cleanliness and maintenance of the property were far below what was advertised, so we felt we had no choice but to leave and book alternative accommodation. To make matters worse, we tried to contact the phone number provided on Booking.com for assistance, but nobody answered, and we never received any response. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I cannot recommend this property.
