“Weekend della mezza maratona”
+Posizione molto comoda per stazione e centro storico, a 10 minuti dalla metro. Il proprietario cordiale e disponibile. Posto pulito
−Era impossibile fare la doccia senza allargare il bagno. La porta della stanza era difettosa da chiudere e il frigo perdeva acqua. Luce della stanza molto forte e non regolabile

+Ottima zona, stanza e bagno di giuste dimensioni. Letto comodo. Host gentile e sempre disponibile.
−Doccia con tenda per cui usciva fuori l'acqua, niente di catastrofico comunque. Ascensore che in settimana funziona con moneta da 20 cent (se non si hanno contanti 4 piani sono impegnativi)

+The absolute best part of this place is its location. It sits right at the beginning of Spaccanapoli, making it extremely convenient for walking around and exploring the city center. As a big practical bonus, there is a self-service laundromat (lavanderia self-service) located right next door, which makes staying here very convenient for longer trips or quick laundry needs.
−Electrical sockets & Door lock issues: I always forget that Italy has its own idea of electrical plug standards compared to the rest of the EU. The apartment had only one socket fitting a standard European plug (the one for the fridge), which forced a daily dilemma: either keep the fridge running or charge a phone. Additionally, locking the room was a daily puzzle,the magnetic lock worked whenever it felt like it, and you really need to practice to figure out the exact trick to get it to lock properly. Also, it's nice that there are bedside reading lamps, but a pity that none of them actually work.

+La ubicación y que tuviese una pequeña cocina común, además el aire acondicionado funcionaba bastante bien, lo cual se agradecía con tanto calor y humedad
−La ducha no era nada cómoda, se salía el agua y la alcachofa estaba rota y salía el agua por donde quería. La cama sonaba muchisimo y las almohadas eran demasiado bajas

−Bagno senza finestra ne aspiratore, da immaginarsi gli odori.. lavandino, l'acqua scendeva male, di conseguenza dopo aver lavato i denti tutto il bel vedere che avevi sputato restava a galla per un po'. Soffione doccia che sparava acqua dappertutto, cosi da allagare il bagno dove non era presente nemmeno il tappeto. Presa letto con 1 ingresso, quindi o caricavi il telefono o accendevi la lampada. Nell'armadio coperte appallottolate che davano un senso di sporco. Il telecomando della tv non funzionava, è stato fatto presente ma niente e stato fatto.. cialde caffe' insufficienti, ho dovuto far presente che mancavano. Non consiglio.
