“Disappointing I’d recommend reading the whole review and be careful if you do choose casa Nadia”
−Very disappointing experience - would not stay again Unfortunately, our experience at Casa Nadia Perugia was extremely disappointing, particularly because of how the owner dealt with issues during and after our stay. The refrigerator was faulty and caused the food we had purchased to become warm and spoil. We contacted the owner about this during our stay, and he told us that he had already been meaning to have the fridge repaired, confirming that this was an existing problem. We had only bought a small amount of food because we were travelling on a low budget, so this was a genuine loss to us. The owner initially agreed to reimburse us for the spoiled food. However, after we left and I provided my bank details for the agreed refund, the owner then raised several accusations and costs, including rubbish removal, cleaning, replacement curtain poles and “excessive energy consumption”. We completely dispute these claims. We left our rubbish in tied bags and were never told that we had to remove our rubbish from the apartment, nor were we told where we were supposed to dispose of it. +Casa Nadia is very comfortable, has all you need. Transport is just around the corner which can lead you to train station or city centre.

+Marco was really welcoming and friendly! Near train station and good big grocery store.
−Room was quite cold in the winter. They keep heating on only 2 hours in the morning and in the evening. So most of the time it was 17 degrees. It was raining and it was difficult to get out clothes to dry. We stayed 4 nights and got only 1 roll of toilet paper and couple of coffees. Kitchen very basic no oven, microwave, electric kettle.. Only window is to a parking lot. You have to meet Marco to get the keyes. There is no self check in. This was inconvenient because our train was late and we had to sent multiple messages to Marco (but he was really flexible). Not very comfortable stay I would not stay here againg.

+Avevo detto al gestore che non avrei lasciato alcuna recensione, non tanto per lui, ma per non ricordare l'unica nota dolente di una bellissima esperienza. Parlando però con booking, che ha provato a risolvere la situazione, senza ottenere alcuna risposta, ho cambiato idea. Nonostante sia rimasta molto male per aver chiesto il semplice rimborso, anche parziale, di una delle 4 notti in cui non ho potuto soggiornare a causa di un grande sciopero dei mezzi, pur avendo lasciato la stanza alle 9, come richiesto e avendo avvisato con tre giorni di anticipo, ma non avendolo ricevuto, do comunque la sufficienza, perché non mi piace essere dura con la gente che lavora. Tuttavia, alla fine ho soggiornato solo una notte in questa struttura (ovviamente dimostrabile con fattura di altra struttura) poiché molto rumorosa a causa della prossimità coi vicini e piuttosto lontana dal centro. Avrei dovuto controllare forse meglio la mappa (e aggiungo, anche gli orari della piscina, che comunque non si trova nella struttura, come parrebbe dalle foto.) La casa è comunque pulita, abbastanza accogliente, il gestore mi ha fatto la cortesia di venirmi a prendere il primo giorno e mi ha anche lasciato alcuni

+L'appartamento è piccolo ma molto grazioso e curato e la pulizia è davvero impeccabile. Molto apprezzato anche il parcheggio privato e più di tutto l'host Marco, persona davvero speciale, prodigo di utili consigli, gentile e amichevole, una bella persona che fa sentire la passione che mette nell'accogliere gli ospiti. Super consigliato.

“Esperienza molto positiva”
+Struttura accogliente, host molto gentile. La posizione della struttura è ottima in quanto è posizionata a pochi passi dalla fermata del minimetrò che porta al centro città.

“Piacevole soggiorno a Perugia”
+L’appartamento è piccolo ma ben fornito di tutto il necessario, la posizione é strategica, a pochi minuti a piedi dalla fermata della mini-metro, l’host Marco è estremamente gentile e disponibile, molto attento ad offrire il miglior servizio possibile. Ci siamo sentiti a casa.

+Äusserst hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Steht mit vielen Ratschlägen zur Seite. Wohnung nah an der Minimetro zum Zentrum gelegen. Ausstattung Küche und Bad mit Gebrauchtspuren vorhanden. Saubere Tücher im Bad.
−Ausstattung sehr einfach und mittlerweile abgenutzt. Rollladen klemmt. Geräusche von der Nachbarswohnung gut hörbar.
