“There were more pros to this property than cons and overall enjoyed our stay”
+The location of the property was very close the center of activities and all within walking distance. The property was in a gated area which felt more safe (the city itself was pretty safe too). I really enjoyed the hosts flexibility, my sister is handicap and he was pretty quick into accommodate at bedroom downstairs.
−The bathroom was fairly small. There was no division between the shower and sink/ toilet which often meant the water from the shower splashed everywhere and sometimes main its way out the bathroom and into the bedroom.

“Colourful house with great location”
+Good location for us taking the líneas unidas bus early in the morning to the mountains. If we had more time (we only stayed one night) we would have spent more time in the communal areas which had a nice vibe. Showers were hot and bed was comfy. Self check in meant we could land from a late flight and still check in fine
−Our room opened out onto the eating area which meant you could hear people chatting outside in the evening and morning but wasn’t too bad. The kitchen didn’t have any drinking water while we were there but possibly it was just because we arrived late at night and left early in the morning, no one had come in to check it

“All good”
+The location was fantastic! It’s situated south of the city, making it less crowded / touristy. Plus, it’s conveniently close to the bus station. The apartment room was cleaned and they provided towels (albeit didn’t like them). The overall ambiance of the place was very appealing with beautiful drawings / graffiti! A kitchen with storage space was a great addition. Check-in was done by the door with a code, but I also met one of the staff and he was friendly. The bed was comfortable, and the ceiling fan was a lifesaver at nights or days with full blasting sun
−Towels were those viscose ones that absorbed almost nothing. I didn’t like them. The fan ceiling was full of dirt, so I had to manually clean it myself with wet towels. Other than these issues, everything else was good! I definitely will consider staying again.

+Perfect location, near the center on a quiet street. Can't beat this for the price!!! Nice rooftop terrace, cool lounging area with bean bags. Very clean everywhere! If you don't have data, make sure to get the entrance code to the door before you get there.

“Great location, staff and experience!”
+Lovely social areas, staff were super attentive and helpful with all queries and problems, really nice place to chill and relax and only a short walk from the city centre
−We faced a small issue concerning the toilet but the staff were immediately available to help sort it, other than this I cannot fault the place!

“Una experiencia encantadora 🥰”
+El sitio era muy cómodo, tanto los espacios comunes (fue un lujo contar con piscina) como la habitación privada (perfectamente equipada para todo lo necesario durante la estancia). La cama y almohadas eran muy cómodas y aunque no tuviera aire los ventiladores eran suficiente para mantener la habitación con buena temperatura. Leímos muchos comemtarios sobre la presión y la temperatura del agua, pero sinceramente nosotros no tuvimos problemas. Eso sí, nuestra ducha, aunque privada, estaba en un espacio separado, lo que puede resultar incómodo a veces, pero a nosotros nos vino incluso bien porque estaba más cerca de la piscina. Tampoco vimos bichos en la habitación, más allá de hormigas y un pequeño grillo, algo bastante excepcional teniendo en cuenta que estábamos en mitad de la naturaleza. Además todas las habitaciones contaban con repelente de insectos. La ubicación es ideal para acceder a la playa que hay cerca, apenas a 15 min andando y con comercios, farmacias y lugares de comer cercanos. Sí está lejos del centro de Puerto Escondido y de otras playas que merecen la pena visitar, pero para ello en cualquier caso es necesario coche y el acceso a la carretera principal desde el hos
−Por dejar un punto de mejora, creemos que la estancia sería más agradable si se incorporaran mosquiteras en las ventanas, lo que permitiría disfrutar aun más de las vistas!! De todos modos, sí había mosquitera en la cama.

“Buen sitio para visitar Oaxaca”
+El tamaño de la habitación. Muy amplia. La cocina con lo necesario para preparar algo de desayunar y un patio perfecto para simplemente estar. Muy tranquilo
