“Homely feeling at casa mia!”
+My double room was spacious and with a balcony, the bed was comfortable.
−There were not enough toiletries (bath gel) in the bathroom but I am sure they would have provided if I had stayed longer and asked for it.

“I really recommend it!”
+Everything was great! The room and the bathroom were clean and the host was very kind and informative. She let us check in a little bit earlier than scheduled, so we didn't have to wait. The bed was comfortable, the AC worked better than my home AC, which was awesome 😂 It has a balcony but we didn't use it and the bathroom is outside the room(right next to the room) but it's private. The location is great, 4 min walk to the 101 bus station that takes you to the center, there are some markets nearby and a little pub just across the street. We had some trouble locking the front door😅 it's a little different from what we are used to, and I don't think the door was the problem because we moved to another b&b and we had the same issue sooo I think we are the problem 😂 I really recommend it!!✨️🩷🤌

“Bel B &B in una bella zona di Palermo”
+Il B&B Casa Mia si trova al 2* piano di un palazzo sito in via Giusti angolo via Libertà, quindi ben posizionato: zona all contempo tranquilla e silenziosa ma vicino al centro, servita dai mezzi pubblici, con molti bar e ristoranti nelle vicinanze. Io ho prenotato una matrimoniale Deluxe che ha soddisfatto le mie aspettative: molto grande e luminosa, pulita ed ordinata, con TV a schermo piatto, aria condizionata, frigobar con bottiglietta di benvenuto. Il bar fuori dalla stanza ma immediatamente di fronte in uno spazio cmq personale e separato con porta dal resto della casa, quindi nessun problema di privacy. Il B&B fa parte dell' appartamento in cui vive la padrona di casa, estremamente discreta, sebbene molto gentile e disponibile a qualsiasi richiesta. Non ho avuto alcun problema nel fare il check-in anticipato né nel lasciare il bagaglio per qualche ora dopo il checkout. Decisamente un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo
−Le uniche due cose che potrei segnalare, giusto per aumentare la qualità della struttura 1) sostituzione delle cinghie delle serrande che se si vogliono aprire/chiudere per avere luce naturale sono molto dure e personalmente ho temuto si potessero rompere; ovviamente questo non crea alcun danno all' ospite ma potrebbe crearlo alla camera durante il soggiorno 2) la base del box doccia ed i muri del bagno andrebbero ristrutturati per combattere l'umidità

+Posizione ottima, vicinissima alla nota via Libertà e al Politeama. Tutti i servizi nei dintorni. La camera (tra l'altro mi è stato fatto gratuitamente l'upgrade) enorme, bagno esterno alla camera ma privato (nel mio caso era privata un'intera porzione dell'appartamento). Rapporto qualità-prezzo ottimo. Tornerò sicuramente!
