“Clean, well kept. Convenient to train station and walking distance to old town, and lots of restaurant options!”
+Convenient to walking distances we were looking for. BIG terrace that gets sun most of the day. Nice hot water, and comfortable space for the bathroom. VERY clean room, and we stayed long enough that they came in and cleaned again after the second day. The listing says that breakfast isn’t included, but we did have our coffee and pastries covered for us at Black Café across the street. There was a pharmacy two streets over that turned out to be helpful for me, and on Friday mornings they is a HUGE farmers market in the square a block from the apartment. That was very interesting to walk through and I did pick up some fruit to bring back to the room as there was a mini frig in the room.
−The room was small. The terrace was very nice and large, unfortunately the weather didn’t cooperate for us (not their fault at all) so it wasn’t an option for additional space, so we were pretty much confined to the room (only one chair and a pop-up table, or spending time in the coffee shop across the road (highly recommend btw). The water was nice and hot so showers were a treat, the bathroom was spacious enough and well lit. Unfortunately the hair dryer wasn’t working, but I did bring it to the owners attention, so hopefully that will be addressed. I would say that it’s spacious enough for one person. Two people is a tight fit ( not even enough space for both of us to hang all of our clothes.

+The accommodation was clean and well equipped. The positive thing was the self service check-in. The positive thing is the large terrace where you can hang your laundry and sit.
−The accommodation is located on the second floor without an elevator, so I would only recommend it without large luggage. My impressions of the accommodation were ruined by the communication with the host, who was unable to specify the ID requirements that we sent to other accommodations, where everything was fine. He first confirmed everything and then in the late hours around 11 pm threatened us that if we did not complete what he wanted from us, he would call the police on us. This had a very negative effect on our feelings about the accommodation and I probably would not choose it next time. Our feelings were also not improved by the fact that the accommodation was located near a bar that played loud music around 1 am.

+Room was comfortable, close to the piazza, nice terrace, proprietor was nice, breakfast was at a bar nearby - nice place for caffe.
−Be aware that there can be many steps up to the top room. For us, it was about 40 steps up. Tough with bad knees.

−Il y a une baignoire qui fait partie de cette chambre et on ne peut pas l’utiliser ! Il faut payer en plus pour pouvoir l’utiliser jamais vu ça! Il y avait des bougies déjà allumées plusieurs fois sur cette baignoire, au moins retirez les ça fait sale!Il y a une pompe à eau un otoclave dans la chambre qui distribue l’eau à toute la maison et donc chaque fois que quelqu’un se sert en eau il y a un bruit infernal dans la chambre impossible de dormir! En ce qui concerne les hôtes jamais vu même pas à l’arrivée alors qu’elle venait d’envoyer un message pour dire que la chambre était prete, nous étions déjà sur place, elle ne s’est même pas donné la peine de se présenter à nous, alors je ne comprends pas les commentaires des autres personnes! 2eme jour que nous sommes là invasion de formies rouges qui sortaient par les joins du carrelage, il y en avait dans le lit,piqué dans la nuit, les valises les serviettes éponges La rue de la gare est très mal fréquentée et plusieurs fois des gens ont essayé de forcer notre porte ou ont frappé très fort contre cette porte qui est toute vitrée, il y a un bar juste un peu de plus bas où les jeunes viennent faire la fête tout les soirs, ma voiture a é
