“Really nice accommodation”

−1. It says it includes air-conditioning but no sign says to request first for the remote if you want to turn AC on. No AC on the 1st night - was a bit warm. Looked for the remote everywhere. Not able to get the remote as owner has not responded when messaged (seen the message but responded the next day). Had to open windows and hear the streets. 2. It says sound proof walls but even with talking and having a bit of laugh of what we had in the day it can be heard. Also other tenants were talking we can hear them and they had to knock on our door as they said they can hear us talking. 3. Cleaning attendant went in our room at 9am in the morning and we were still in bed and we check out at 10 - owner knows. Very unnecessary.

+The room is clean and has everything you need. There’s tea and coffee making facilities just outside the room. The location is very close to the station and airport bus which was the main reason for our booking.
−The room itself is great but check-in was awkward. We had to give a precise time (not a window) to meet the host which was difficult for us to predict as we had to catch a ferry and cross the city. We arrived early and let the host know we were waiting outside. Despite this, she arrived around 10 minutes after the agreed time, walked straight past us and entered the building. After about 5 mins she then called to let us in. Not a major issue, but a smoother check in process would have been nicer.

“Die Unterkunft ist sehr empfehlenswert!”
+Das Ambiente der Unterkunft war sehr charmant, schön dekoriert. Sie war sauber und es war alles da was wir brauchten. Sieht so wie auf den Fotos aus. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und es wurde uns alles ausführlich erklärt. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte ausgezeichnet. Im Bad war kein Schimmel oder ähnliches. Alles sehr gepflegt! Am Smart TV konnte man mit seinem eigen Account Netflix schauen. Es gibt eine kleine Küchenzeile, im Eingangsbereich, mit einer Kaffeemaschine und einen Teekocher sowie Tee und Kaffee zum selbst zubereiten. Zudem ist sie sehr gut zentral gelegen, ein paar Gehminuten vom Bahnhof.
−Mehr Handtuchaufhängungen im Bad wären praktisch.

+El anfitrión muy atento, buenas indicaciones de todo. La habitacion como tal es perfecta parejas, tiene una terraza muy linda y acogedora como para charlar o picar algo, ubicacion al frente de la estacion Centrale de Napoli y de ahi vas para cualquier parte que necesitas.

+The location is 7 minutes walk from the central station. In the area of shops and supermarkets. The room is new, well maintained and very, very clean. Small but compact and has everything you need. The owners are available and provide real-time responses. Excellent value for money
