“Beautiful apartment located at the heart of it all”
+Where do we start? :) Giuseppe was real polite, professional and kind. The whole apartment along with his hospitality is right there in the middle. Just how it should be, efficient, tidy, you get everything you need for your stay. Very good espresso on the house, quick italian breakfast too and if you like it, you can leave a few coins as a contribution. Bathroom was nice and clean. Our room had AC which you turn on when you're there. We kept it at 28c during the night and and when we come back late at 11PM the room is still nice and chill. Very nicely done, with all you need and no clutter. Location is as central as it gets. Giuseppe will send you the list of restaurant, bars and café places and we suggest you check them out. He has a good taste. His place is in the Lime zone so you can scoot around and park in front. Our room looked at the church, so the tip of the building and considering the amount of restaurants and bars in the 50m radius it was very quiet once you close the balcony door. We appreciated it very mich! Beware if you're big like us that everything is small. Taking a bath needs some gymnastics :) but that is the case everywhere in Italy so it's not a real flaw, bu
−Bed mattress is too soft for us. We know from our previous trips that Italians love soft mattresses but we would have loved a harder, more firm mattress.

+Very cozy interior, clean. A big advantage is the balcony, a large spacious room, the presence of a washing machine. The owner gave recommendations for places to go and places with delicious food

+The room is spacious and comfortable, it is one of the three rooms in a very nice house located in a historical district. Restaurants, coffee shops and train station are all within walking distance.
−The private bathroom is not in suite, so it's a bit inconvenient, especially at night.

“Enttäuschend”
−Während unseres Aufenthalts hatten wir Ameisen im Bett und überall in der Unterkunft, was für uns absolut inakzeptabel war. Wir sind morgens mit ~ 10 toten Ameisen im Bett aufgewacht. Auch die Fotos sind unserer Meinung nach irreführend, da sie die tatsächlichen Gegebenheiten nicht ausreichend widerspiegeln. Das Bad ist extern. Um zum Badezimmer zu gelangen, muss man zunächst durch einen Gemeinschaftsraum und anschließend durch einen Flur. Zudem lässt sich die Badezimmertür nicht abschließen. Auch die Zimmertür ist sehr dünn, wackelig und bietet keine ausreichende Sicherheit. Besonders enttäuscht hat uns jedoch der menschliche Umgang mit uns. Die Gastgeber waren zunächst freundlich, verhielten sich uns gegenüber im weiteren Verlauf jedoch auf eine Weise, die wir als äußerst respektlos und enttäuschend empfunden haben. Aufgrund des Ungezieferproblems, der mangelnden Privatsphäre und unserer negativen Erfahrungen mit den Gastgebern können wir diese Unterkunft nicht weiterempfehlen.

+Giuseppe war sehr extrem gastfreundlich und hat es sehr viele super Tipps für Catania und die Ostküste gegeben. Die Lage ist top und das Zimmer sehr gemütlich eingerichtet.
−Die guze Lage führt auch zu einigen Lokalen in der Nähe, in denen lange laute Musik abgespielt wird.

+The accommodation fully met our expectations. Everything was clean, comfortable, and cosy. Our host was extremely helpful, friendly, and welcoming. The location is excellent, just a short walk from Piazza del Duomo. We look forward to staying here again on our next visit to Catania.

“Атмосфера настоящей Сицилии в чистом и красивом доме”
+Если хотите усилить впечатления от прекрасной Катании , вам точно в этот дом. Джузеппе не просто вежливый и внимательный хозяин, но еще и человек с тонким вкусом. Это видно в деталях всего дома. Мой внутренний эстет ликовал. Я действительно ощутила, что я на Сицилии, а не в типовом отеле, какие есть в каждом городе. В квартире очень чисто. В ванной есть все необходимое, ватка, фен, шампунь и гель для душа в больших упаковках(мне всегда так больше нравится, чем маленькие гостиничные упаковки). В квартире жили еще одни соседи, у них была своя ванная. Соседи были тихие, так что дискомфорта мы не испытывали. В комнате очень хороший кондиционер, а в течение дня прохлада в комнате сохраняется. Так же квартира расположена буквально в пяти минутах от главных улиц с ресторанами и магазинчиками. Но у нас улица была очень тихая. Спасибо Джузеппе, что так же дал мне рекомендации по тому, где лучше поесть и куда сходить. А так же в день отъезда позволил оставить чемоданы в квартире. А в день заезда заселил нас даже раньше, так как мы приехали рано утром. Так что жилье однозначно рекомендую!
