“Charming off the radar north of Tulum eco retreat with no air-conditioning”
+A charming off the radar eco retreat a little north of Tulum. It’s a family run operation and both of them went out of their way to be accommodating, even helping us get to a health clinic and speak with the doctors when my college aged daughter got sick. The grounds are beautiful, lush with plants, private-feeling and generally charming.
−The main thing to be aware of is that there’s no air-conditioning. If you leave the windows open to get across breeze and use the standing fans, they have it was comfortable for me, but just know what to expect. In a way it kind of added to the natural feel of the place.

+Subject: Request for Refund - Misleading Property Location (Casa Mango, Tulum) Dear Booking.com Customer Support, I am contacting you regarding a reservation we made some time ago at Casa Mango in Tulum. We selected this property primarily because of its advertised location in central Tulum, which was an important factor in our decision. Upon arriving in Tulum, we contacted the property to request directions from the airport. At that point, we were provided with a different address from the one originally listed in our reservation details. When we searched this new address on the map, it appeared to be approximately 20 kilometers away from the location that had been advertised and that had influenced our booking decision. Due to the significant discrepancy in location, the confusion caused by the conflicting information, and the circumstances of our arrival during extremely hot weather with heavy luggage and no transportation arranged, we felt unable to proceed with the reservation. As a result, we had to secure alternative accommodation at our own expense. We were also concerned by the way the situation was handled. Whether you want to be quiet, in the middle of the jungle with the sound of birds to wake you up, then this is the place for you. An amazing 4 night experience here. Adone is a host who, in addition to giving you good tips and advice, will prepare good dishes for you.

+Wyjątkowe miejsce z niesamowitą atmosferą! Ogromne podziękowania dla osób pracujących i zarządzających obiektem - niezwykle życzliwych, serdecznych i pomocnych. Od pierwszych chwil można poczuć tutaj spokój, dobrą energię i prawdziwą gościnność. Domki położone wśród dżungli robią ogromne wrażenie - bliskość natury, cisza i piękne otoczenie pozwalają naprawdę odpocząć i oderwać się od codzienności. To idealne miejsce, żeby zwolnić, nacieszyć się przyrodą i po prostu zrelaksować. Cały pobyt był wyjątkowym doświadczeniem. Miejsce ma swój niepowtarzalny klimat i zdecydowanie zostaje w pamięci. “Enclave privilegiado”
+Liss y su marido son completamente encantadores. Te hacen sentir en casa y de verdad quieren que te sientas asi. Nuestra cabaña era expectacular, tuvimos un pequeño problema con una tormenta que nos arreglaron a las mil maravillas. Se lo recomendaré a todas mis amistades. Entre Coba y Tulum goza de un enclave privilegiado. Gracias por estos dias naravillosos. Y una pequeña reseña a Rufina, la pequena gatita mimosa!

“Natürlich schön”
+Die Unterkunft ist recht nahe am Sekundärwald, es gibt ein Openair Restaurant und einen schönen Garten. Der Besitzer ist auch der Koch und Service in personal Union ;)
−Unser Besuch fiel regnerisch aus dadurch war es in der Hütte recht feucht. Die Terrasse an unserer Hütte ist sehr schön und rustikal aber etwas dunkel, da das Dach weit nach unten reicht.
