+Great B&B, though not very easy to find. Very spacious and comfortable rooms and bathrooms. Excellent breakfast. Warm welcome and really personal service of the hosts. Recommended!

+The overall experience was exceptional,from the moment I booked to checkout! The host was very attentive from the beginning, and check-in was quick and easy. The place itself was incredibly peaceful, and we had the pool all to ourselves the entire time. Everything was spotless, and waking up to the sound of beautiful birds chirping made it even more special. Breakfast was delicious and ready on time. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Thank you, Casa Kin,we’ll definitely be back!

−Dat we meer hebben afgerekend dat van tevoren afgesproken (vanuit wisselkoersen werd gerekend. Daar waren we op onze eerste dag nog niet scherp op). Vanuit de foto's leek het luxer.

“La jungle en plein Cancun ! Le paradis”
+Un endroit charmant pour séjourner à Cancun loin des bruits et de la foule. Au milieu de la jungle et pourtant tout près de l'aéroport. Eva vous accueille dans une maison pleine de charme comprenant un très bon jardin et une belle piscine, le petit dejeuner servi est excellent tout comme la literie. Merci beaucoup pour cet accueil.
−Rien tout était parfait. Simplement une petite recommandation : la route d'accés est assez cabossée mais rien d'insurmontable.

“Une véritable oasis de calme et d’authenticité où l’on se sent comme chez soi.”
+Après plusieurs séjours à Casa Kin 33, je peux dire que ce lieu est devenu pour moi une véritable parenthèse de sérénité à Cancún. Ici, on est loin des grands complexes hôteliers impersonnels. La maison possède une âme, un magnifique jardin tropical parfaitement entretenu, une piscine où règne le calme et une atmosphère qui invite naturellement au repos. On s’y sent immédiatement chez soi. Les chambres sont impeccablement propres, confortables et décorées avec beaucoup de goût. Le bungalow situé au bord de la piscine est un véritable petit havre de paix. Grâce à ses larges ouvertures, il s’ouvre entièrement sur le splendide jardin tropical, donnant l’impression de vivre au cœur de la végétation. La piscine, accessible 24 h/24, permet de profiter de ce cadre exceptionnel de jour comme de nuit, dans une atmosphère de calme absolu. Le petit-déjeuner, servi chaque matin dans le salon de la maison, est tout simplement d’une très haute qualité. Les produits sont excellents, soigneusement préparés, et ce moment de convivialité est un véritable plaisir pour commencer la journée. Mais ce qui fait réellement la différence, ce sont les propriétaires. Leur accueil est d’une grande gentillesse,
