+The people's service was kind, they were trying to solve our needes. The hotel was near the Central Square.
−The rooms are small , the bathroom door is not closed correctly , and it is very difficult to close . We didn't have water part of the night and Early in the morning. We don't have a desktop for putting the laptop to work . The place is old . The balcony door is difficult to close completely so the cold enters there at night. For more paper to the toilet or something you need, the people service to the hotel don't have a provider , we need to talk to another person who's not staying permanently in the hotel .

“DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT ANYTHING AT ALL OTHER THAN LOCATION”
+The location was the only thing that was good about this place, it is very close to the plaza de armas of Cusco.
−If you care about anything other than the location, DO NOT STAY HERE! The photos and majority of reviews on booking.com are extremely misleading. After staying here I would not give this place a good review or pay even half the price that is advertised. The place is falling apart and has extremely thin walls to the busy street outside, providing zero insulation against cold and noise. There were even holes in the wall that led directly outside in the corridor. The room had large unsealed gaps in between the window and wall. The shower was falling apart. The bathroom door didn't close at all. The bedding had an odd smell. Staff were hard to communicate with (not present) and did not allow payment by card. All non cash payments were done by direct bank transfer, which for non-peruvians is very difficult to facilitate. While the paintings on the wall were pleasant, it did not hide the fact that the place was constructed shoddily out of very thin chipboard and in some places even had mould. Photos included are of the common spaces.

“Best hotel in Peru”
+Excellent location, hotel facilities, room including bathroom but the best was getting to meet and know the owner. The lady is one of the best people I met in all of Peru. So helpful and kind, went to all lengths, beyond words. Thank you so much for everything, you have no idea how much I appreciated it. All the very best for your business!
