+Location was fabulous. No facility for breakfast. Large bedroom & bathroom. Lift. Although we were a party of 5 unfortunately we weren't able to be accommodated close together.
−Nothing.

“Great place to stay in Rome!!!”
+Fantastic location right on Via Veneto, Rome's most fashionable street, and 10 steps away from Rome's Metro at Piazza Barberini. Very nice and clean rooms, ample, very clean, great bathroom with great shower pressure!
−A bit noisy if your room faces the street, despite the double-glass windows. The bed made a lot of noise when moving around, but it was very comfortable.

“Would go there next time!”
+Location could not be better, in Rome's main avenue, within walking distance to everything in central Rome and five steps from the Metro station at Piazza Barberini. Very clean rooms. Very helpful and kind staff.
−Somewhat noisy for rooms facing the street.

“Overall, a disappointing stay with poor cleanliness, inadequate maintenance, and facilities that fell well below what I”
+It was very close to the metro and easy to walk to other points of interest.
−The a.c unit looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in over a year since the filters and vents were filled with dust and possibly mold so we couldn’t use it. The floors were filthy but at least they provided disposable slippers. There was mold growing in the shower grout and the shower drain wasn’t draining fast enough. The shower doors also did not close properly. There were tacky soap dispensers for the sink and shower. The mirror over the sink was just a plain piece of mirror glass held on the wall with brackets and the reflective coating was significantly degraded. The toilet paper holder cover was repaired with rusty screws and it made dispensing the toilet paper difficult. The bathroom felt like a public bathroom. What made these issues even more concerning was that the room was supposedly cleaned every day during our four-night stay, yet the dust, grime, and mold remained. This gave the impression that the daily cleaning was superficial rather than thorough. On our final day, one of the towels provided was also dirty or stained, which further reinforced our concerns about the hotel’s cleanliness standards.

In particolare vorrei ringraziarlo molto.
