+The Casa was lovely!! Adorable courtyard. Casa has everything you would need. Perfect set-up. Well located and close to the ferries. Be prepared however, a lot of stairs to climb to get to Casa when you have your luggage. Numbering system to find Casa is a bit confusing.

“Warning: Do not stay here.”
+After telling the staff our arrival time I still had not received the exact location as I attempted to find it on my own. It was messaged to me after my check in time. Upon waiting for entrance to the gate my daughter got over 50 mosquito bites which completely ruined our one night. Once in the room there were tiny spiders on the bed. The towels were an experience all in their own. Obviously air dried they were so rough they left my skin red and rashy.

+Casa Gaia was a lovely place to stay in beautiful Capri! It’s a short (but uphill) walk from the ferry and to the main town at Marina Grande, with easy access to everything you’ll want to get to on the island. Our host Gisella was delightful and very helpful with directions and recommendations of places to see and how we can get there. Our room was modest with an incredible view from the balcony. There is a shared common space with a small kitchenette and a large outdoor garden with lemon trees and chairs. Surrounded by nature there were some insects in the space, which is to be expected. Some of the features could use some upgrades, such as the main gate that sticks and the storage lockers for luggage which were flimsy. Overall a great experience and we were glad we stayed!

+Amazing little spot. A few flights of stairs away from the ferry, beach and shops. Friendly host took care to recommend restaurants and things to see. We will be back
