“Perfect stay”
+Property very closed to downtown where everything could be done by foot (restaurants, market, beach), neat & tidy I renew my special thanks to Fred for his advices, kindness, availability to discover the city and appropriates part of the city history

+Very friendly and helpful host, showed us around the city when we arrived. Speaks only French, but tried his best to be understood. Lovely breakfast.

+Fred was a great host, very communicative and attentive. The apartment itself is clean, also conveniently located. Very good shower, even better breakfast. The private room has everything you would need, really just a great place to stay overall.

“Nice place in good location, great value for money!”
+The room was clean, the bed comfortable and the wifi worked well. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen that would have been available for cooking but we chose to eat out this time. The breakfast was included in the room price and it was very good and generous. No issues with shower, there was plenty hot water. Washing machine was available for use. Parking was easy in front the building, and there was a gas station across the road. The location was good, 10-15 minutes walk to the ferry port, short walk to grocery shops and to a great bakery-cafe. Easy check-in and very good communication with the host. Payment was possible in escudos or in euros. The host was very friendly and helpful and offered us a lot of useful information about the island. We had a great stay and would stay again.

“Una estancia ideal”
+La atención de Fred es como estar en casa. Puede acompañarte a conocer la ciudad o darte cualquier recomendación, muy útil cuando acabas de llegar y necesitas un poco de orientación. Se trata de una habitación con un baño muy cómodo y tienes toda la intimidad que necesitas ya que la casa es grande. Lo recomendaría sin duda.

“Séjour agréable”
+- l’appartement avec accès à la cuisine et à la terrasse - la disponibilité de Fred qui est venu, nous chercher, à pied, à l’arrivée du ferry et nous a accompagné le lendemain pour une balade dans Mindelo - le petit déjeuner copieux et varié

+Wspaniały właściciel Fred. Jest to bardzo dobry człowiek. Zawsze uśmiechnięty i pomocny. Na każda naszą wiadomość przed przyjazdem odpisywał w bardzo szybkim czasie. Oprowadził nas po Mindelo i udzielił nam wielu rad. Mogliśmy go zawsze o wszystko dopytać. To był nasz najlepszy nocleg na Cabo Verde! Czysto, schludnie i bardzo dobre śniadanie, które przygotowuje Fred. Załatwił nam transport na lotnisko.
