“Very friendly Owner but Not 'Exceptional' Breakfast provided..”
+We stayed one night when no one else was there:) Clean room with interesting art collection. Owner (Ludmil) was very helpful and informative.
−Shower curtain was not preventing water from leaking onto the floor. About breakfast the ownder explained at arrival that a (licenced) cook would come prepare our breakfast, but it actually did not happen. We're provided a store bought ’banitsa'-looking bread - tasted not very fresh/ nothing inside... -, Yogurt, Coffee and Orange Juice - 'vitamin 100%' which is not 'exceptional' unfortunately... Rading other reviews, there seems to be a big difference in breakfast contents.

“A great stay where the welcome from the host enhances the visit”
+Casa Ferrari is a clean, comfortable and homely bed and breakfast. It is conveniently located in a very quiet side street but only about 10 mins walk from the city centre. The best however is the welcome and helpfulness of the host who is very happy to take the time to talk about Bulgarian history and life which really makes a difference to the whole visit.

+It felt authentic. Innkeeper helped me with my laundry, which was much appreciated. I most appreciated speaking with a real Bulgarian and learning about Bulgarian history.
−The area was fine. More residential than touristy but walkable or easy bus ride to most things.

“Friendly, real, comfy and good value place”
+This guy gets it. This is what B&B felt like at its infancy, before it became a property business ROI machine. Here you have actual conversations and human atmosphere. Host is very friendly, joins for breakfast chat, and is a really wise and cool person, who is happy to talk tourist things, history, and life. Overall the place has 3 small rooms, with a huge shared central room, so it must be fun for friend groups. Amenities, location, and basics are fine. Furniture is amazing and well kept antics. Breakfast is basic but local and fresh. I traveled for business, but will come back with family. :)

“Необыкновенно гостеприимный дом! 😀”
+Очень приятное уютное жилье! Добродушный хозяин встретил нас тепло и заселил раньше заявленного времени ( что очень приятно и удобно!) Само здание не новое , вся мебель антикварная и с историей. Но внутренней убранство, чистота , уют превзошли все ожидания. А сам хозяин необыкновенно интересный , грамотный собеседник и рассказчик . Угостил нас национальным завтраком , а в это время провел лекцию об истории Болгарии !, чередуя русский с английским языком ! Захватывающе интересно! Очень важно, что можно общаться через вотсап, своевременно выяснять нужную информацию и получать дельные советы!
