“Perfect. Getaway. Home from home.”
+I had such a wonderful welcome. And was honestly surprised by the decor and attention to detail. I say that as I haven’t stayed there before. But it was home from home. Even down to the choices of coffee for my morning brew to really high quality linen and memory pillow. I had even brought my own as I’m used to bad pillows. The space was so private. Secluded. Clean. Such attention to detail. I found myself being tidier than I am at home not just out of respect for the host but because the space was so perfect for a break I didn’t want to feel differently when I got back each day!

“Refreshing and chic country ‘escape’”
+A pretty and quiet country location. Comfortable and chic bedroom and bathroom. Thoughtfully furnished with everything you might need -from coffee to chilled water to binoculars to watch the wildlife. Delicious home made breakfasts.

“I was extremely satisfied with my stay.”
+A wonderful location with beautiful views and a peaceful, quiet neighborhood, yet only 10 minutes from the main city. The breakfast was excellent, and the room was spacious, stylish, and exceptionally clean. Most importantly, the property owner was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always willing to help. I highly recommend this place and would gladly stay here again.

“Peaceful stay near Loule and SBA”
+This is the only suite in the host’s home so you are the soul guests. It is on the top floor with your own entry and a pretty outlook of trees and scenery. The room is spacious and the bed large and comfortable. The bathroom is lovely and there is a kitchenette with microwave and kitchenware. It is conveniently situated between Loule and SBA. The host Valerie works hard and brings up breakfast to your terrace. While it is not as plentiful or varied as other places we've stayed at where there are more people, it is plentiful and of good quality. She even did a load of laundry for us.
−We were ok with these points but a word of warning: 1. You have to go up about 15 steep narrow steps to access suite 2. Being in the country, it is on a septic system so everything including TP goes in the garage and not the toilet 3. For those with cat allergies, there are 2 who like to sneak in to the suite.

“Eine Oase abseits des Trubels”
+Das bequemste Bett während meiner gesamten Portugal Reise und mit Sicherheit das vielfältigste Frühstück! Valerie ist eine liebevolle Gastgeberin, die viel Privatsphäre lässt und ihre Gäste jeden Morgen mit neuen Variationen zum Frühstück überrascht. Wer eine Oase mit Designanspruch und ein Paradies abseits des Trubels sucht ist hier genau richtig. Terasse und im Grunde auch der Pool zur alleinigen Nutzung. Ich würde sehr gerne wieder kommen und hoffe, dass dann mein Französisch auch besser ist, um mich mit Valerie zu unterhalten.
−Es gibt nichts, was mir nicht gefiel. Einzig Katzen muss man mögen und vor allem auf der Hut sein, dass sie einem nicht das leckere Frühstück stibizen.

+Alles! Ein liebevolles Frühstück, äußerst sauber, geschmackvolle Einrichtung, es ist alles da, was man benötigt um sich wohl zu fühlen, hervorragender Pool zur alleinigen Nutzung, ein hübscher Garten, viel Ruhe und eine angenehme diskrete Gastgeberin.
