+Good central location, good ac
−The check in was truly awful I was waiting on the street for around an hour, the previous guests, a couple, gave me the keys with no instructions whatsoever. The room hasn’t been clean even though it was already 2pm at this point it was quite gross, staff came in to give me towels and change the sheets but it still wasn’t properly cleaned, never had an experience like this before.

“Disrespectful Host”
+The host owns a Pasticceria and gave me some pastries as a gift. The place was clean.
−I couldn't check in the time I wanted and the host asked me to only appear at 16h. I showed up ate 15h55 and had to sit down on the street in front of the building to wait for him. He was 40 minutes delayed. Disrespectful and not flexible. Also I forgot something in the house and he ignored my messages to have it back after checking out. I wouldn't recommend the experience to anyone.

+Everything was absolutely perfect. the room fit everything you need for short stays, and the manager is super nice and generous. The breakfast was very good and various options were available. I would much recommend the stay here.

+You get exactly what is written in the description. Everything went smooth and on the time. The check in, breakfast, accommodation, hospitality etc. Lello i good host and wll help you whatever you need, even he doesnt speak english.

+Shower pressure was good.
−First of all it's hard to find, not signed at all. We arrived 1 and a half hours past check in time and was greated by a lady who we believe was the cleaning lady who spoke no English at all, took us to the room which is essentially a storage area in a building that has been converted to a room with a bathroom which is up 4 floors of stairs with no elevator and all the stairs are uneven and dangerous to walk on (especially when trying to carry suitcases). The room was opened and hadn't even been cleaned from the previous guest. The cleaning lady took the keys from us and told us to go away for another hour while she cleaned. When we returned all that had been done was the sheets changed (though they had permanent stains), towels changed and rubbish removed. It had not been vacuumed, mopped or wiped down as there was so much hair that wasn't ours. There is mold on a wall in the bathroom from water damage. The bed was so bad, we would have preferred to sleep on the floor, if there wasn't other people's hair. The whole room and bathroom is so small, any one would struggle with luggage. I am a small person and even I couldn't sit on the toilet properly without the sink hitting my knees

−Troppo da dire ...come fa booking a perdere credibilità con host del genere...mai più..non andate.... posizione irraggiungibile.. colazione non fornita...per check in fatto dalla sig delle pulizie 1ora d'attesa 8 telefonate alche staccato il telefono..,. inaccettabile
