“A special spot that really impressed us!”
+Everything! We were really pleased with the privacy and uniqueness of this boutique property. The views from the common area were excellent and it was very private and exceptionally clean. We highly recommend this spot for a stay when visiting the quaint town of Pinhao or the Duro river valley.

“Overall we did enjoy our stay”
+The accommodation itself was very comfortable and clean. The views lovely. There was a common area where you could buy a few bits like wine, biscuits etc which was handy. The swimming pool was very nice and we enjoyed very much an afternoon round the pool.
−Parking was challenging especially if in a big car and if not a confident driver. The corkscrew was poor quality and broke in my wine bottle. Location was a drive from the town and definately not walking distance. The outdoor seating area was lovely with lovely views but it was a bit tired. The breakfast was very basic.

“OK for a couple, not for 3 people”
+I especially appreciated that the double bed was probably 160cm wide and not 140cm as in the rest of the apartments we stayed in during our stay in Portugal. Location is nice but you definetely need a car.
−Very tricky parking - you need to be a very good driver, otherwise do not try staying here, you will be very stressed. The sofa bed is very uncomfortable and through the front door the light comes so not very comfortable for a person sleeping there. Could have some facilities like tea or coffee, kettle - all other apartments we stayed in Portugal have these.

+Pour l arrivée dans les chambres, il est un peu dommage de ne pas avoir de contact humain pour nous diriger à la chambre. Tout est fait par vidéo, ou e mail, ou texto. Nous avons pu rencontrer une dame le matin pour le petit déjeuner . Moyen, rien fait maison...

“Pausa perfeita para descansar”
+Adoramos tudo. É a 2a vez que vimos e voltaremos com certeza! Ainda é mais bonito do que nas fotos. A 10min de taxi/uber da estação ferroviaria do Pinhão. Desta vez ficamos no estudio, era bonito, limpo e tinha tudo que precisavamos e mais ainda! Uma verdadeira sensação de sentir-se em casa. Boa Localização com vista para as vinhas e uma piscina incrivel a poucos metros onde temos sempre a sorte de estar sozinhos e aproveitar o sol e a tranquilidade do local. Muito obrigada aos proprietarios e funcionarios e muitas felicidades 😊

−No había nadie recepcionando. Entré con el código en la primera habitación q vi a las 18:15 horas. Luego a las 23:30 horas entran en el cuarto otros clientes, con otro código. Sería bueno q si no hay nadie encargado con las llegadas, pongan junto al código el número de habitación. Las sábanas muy limpias y nuy buen olor, la colcha dejaba bastante q sesear. Si no salen las manchas pongan unas nuevas (no son tas caras).

−Is echt wel ver vanaf restaurant of iets en er zit geen eten bij Ontbijt wel makkelijk meer niet bijzonder maar kost ook maar 4 euro
