“During our 4 week vacation in Portugal the worst experience, even fantastic location.”
+Fantastic location in town right by the river. Easy to walk to everything. Parking was easy as well. We are very well on foot, so walking a few minutes to us is nothing, even with luggage. Not wheelchair accessible. Need to be well on foot!
−the view promised from the room to the river, check the listing VERY closely. In our case we had to climb on a stahl and tip toe (we are kind of small) to have a peak to the river. It was advertised with "VIEW TO THE RIVER" I believe this is false advertisment. The worst part that the owner knew about the air-condition being broken and left us stranded with 32 degrees Celsius. My daughter slept on the floor to catch a bit cooler air right under the window. There was also no aircirculation and on top of that the owner didn't answer until next day noon. We were then able to change rooms for the following night. The owner came and was hitting on me, hoping to get rid of the problem. The food we had in the kitchen was all moved around and some I found thrown in the garbage.

“Decent value, good location.”
+Good location, close to the train station and the river. Comfortable space.
−Shower had some mildew. Check in instructions did not arrive until minutes before, despite having requested an early check in (no response).

“Affordable place for a short stay”
+Next to the river with a view on the vines. My room had only a small roof window, better go outside to enjoy the view. Easy check in, room is clean and an airco.
−The window was small, couldn't enjoy the view much. Worst part was the toilet seat. It was set crooked, making it uncomfortable to sit on and kept slipping. Hope they fix that. Bed was a bit hard.

+Sauber, Klimaanlage, modernes Badezimmer.
