“Best cozy place”
+Close to local restaurant , grocery store, and attractions, no noise at night, staff were so amazing even remembered my birthday and brought a cake when I went back to my room,
−I don’t have anything to add here , I wasn’t trying to spend a lot of room in the room , so

“Horrible!”
+nothing!
−Everything! The worst hotel I ever been to. Everything was so old and mold everywhere. It looked like an haunted house. Think the photos on the website/Booking was arranged with AI. We left ... Only the location was very good and the receptionist was kind.

“Central location, gorgeous rooms, and friendly responsive staff.”
+After my original hotel booking unexpectedly fell through, I had to book a new one on the fly, and Casa de Principe had availability for my dates. It turned out to be a blessing because this was in a much better location than my original. Friendly attentive staff, a nice sized room, clean and comfortable beds, and despite what other reviewers say, a decent breakfast (they have american coffee!) if you need a quick snack before starting the day. It's close to bus and tram stops and there's lots of wonderful shops and restaurants all within walking distance.
−Downsides were that the hotel is in a building with a large entryway and staircase, and for my entire trip I could not find or figure out how to turn the lights on when walking back, they are not motion-sensored. It can be dangerous because you can't really see the stairs and are walking in the dark. Also every evening the wifi would significantly decrease in speed - as a foreigner I was relying on wifi to get around, and was unable to load google maps or access apps to plan the following days. One last thing of note, the hotel staff is only at the front desk until about 9pm/21:00, so if you arrive late, you cannot check in until the following day at 8am.

+Size of room, brightness, darkness with shutters at night, quiet, location great
−Extra bin in room would be good, shower not great, bigger TV, breakfast room stuffy and dark

+Nice decorations, location
−Limited reception hours & fee for late arrival. Breakfast was a little light. You could easily hear neighbors talking in their rooms while sleeping and eating breakfast (second floor).

“Décevant”
+La localisation parfaite à Lisbonne. Rien d'autre n'était au niveau.
−La chambre vieillissante. Le petit-déjeuner très moyen. Le prix bien au-dessus de la moyenne. Le service médiocre. Les €20 de late check-in.
