+Great little place. I had only booked one night and needed a second and they were able to accommodate. Not an issue, but your own bath is not in your room, just a heads up. Also, the washroom shown in the pictures is not the one I had, but still suitable. Very close (walking distance) to everything you need for a short or long stay. Would stay again.
−The freezer needs to be de-thawed. Bought ice cream for later and had to eat first before dinner (not the worst thing). But for a long stay, it may be an issue. Exiting the property(street door), it is not easy to shut the door (unless I'm missing something). I had to use my credit card to keep the slide lock open in order to lock the door behind me.

“AWFUL”
+PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE DISAPPOINTMENT AND BOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE! Honestly, NOTHING. This was one of the most disappointing accommodations I have ever stayed in, and I genuinely cannot recommend it to anyone. The photos are extremely misleading. What appears to be a comfortable private accommodation is, in reality, a tiny room on a shared floor with separate bathrooms assigned to each room. This means you have to carry your key every single time you need to use the toilet, which is absurdly inconvenient and nowhere clearly explained before booking. The room was very small for two people, uncomfortable, and not properly clean. We ended up leaving early every morning and returning late at night simply because we did not want to spend time there. The Wi‑Fi DID NOT work, and the staff were completely unresponsive. Before arriving, I sent a WhatsApp message regarding check-in and NEVER received a reply, even after our stay. Another major warning sign is that, before check-in, guests are asked to sign a document stating they have only three hours to cancel if they are unhappy with the accommodation. −The entire experience was extremely disappointing. The photos are misleading and do not accurately reflect the reality of the accommodation. The room was very small for two people, uncomfortable, and not properly clean. What was not clearly disclosed is that the bathrooms are located in a shared area outside the rooms, requiring guests to carry their key every time they need to use the toilet, which is highly inconvenient. The Wi‑Fi did not work during our stay, and communication with the staff was poor. I contacted them via WhatsApp before arrival regarding check-in and never received a response. Basic amenities were also insufficient: for two people staying several days, only one roll of toilet paper, one small shampoo, and one small shower gel were provided. What made the experience even more frustrating was the complete lack of value for money. The price paid was nowhere near justified by the quality, comfort, cleanliness, or service provided. I have stayed in much cheaper accommodations that offered a far better guest experience. “Good location but wouldn’t go again.”

−Shower flooded and no hot water. Included breakfast was very basic, we didn’t eat it any of the days. Cleaners rarely came and bins were overflowing. Rooms were extremely hot. Everything kept breaking- the blinds, the balcony door etc

−Wir waren dort 4 Nächte, es gab an keinem Tag warmes Wasser in der Dusche. Und nicht nur bei uns , sondern in dem Gemeinschaftsbad unten auch nocht. Das Zimmer war höchstens 9m2 und nicht 15, wie angegeben war. Die Matratze war alt und super hart. Man konnte jede Feder spüren. Das Bad war nicht das, was auf den Bildern zu sehen ist. Die Duschkabine 60x60 cm, also jeder ab 90 kg kann sich dort überhaupt nicht drehen.

−Il check-in è da un altra parte, quindi abbiamo dovuto pagare 7 euro di Uber per poi andare in struttura. Struttura fatiscente, nessun sapone o altro in bagno (nella descrizione c'era), lo abbiamo anche chiesto ma non l hanno mai portato. Colazione in un sacchetto ogni mattina con latte in scatola che dovevi prepararti tu nella cucina impraticabile perché sporca. In camera non c'era dove appoggiare le cose o appendere

“Decepción total”
+Mi experiencia no ha sido buena. Las fotos no reflejan la realidad. El edificio necesita una reforma importante y da sensación de dejadez. El baño, aunque privado, está fuera de la habitación, algo que no quedaba claro. Solo la pica del lavabo parece renovado. El resto está muy anticuado y con muebles en mal estado. La mampara es muy incómoda. La habitación es muy básica. La cama y las almohadas resultaron incómodas y el descanso fue malo. La cocina común está poco equipada, faltan utensilios, papel de cocina e incluso una mesa con sillas para comer. La gestión de las llaves es un caos. Seguí las instrucciones para el checkout pero luego me llamaron para preguntarme por las llaves, lo que transmitió, falta de organización. En resumen, la ubicación puede estar bien, pero el estado del alojamiento y la gestión durante la estancia hicieron que la experiencia quedara muy por debajo de lo esperado. No volvería.
