+Good location. Room was nice. We knew about the stairs before we came so this was fine.
−- The host was rude. After asking three times what time we would be checking in and telling him politely each time, he sent this message - "My dear, in order to avoid any misunderstanding, I feel to clarify that my place is NOT an hotel but an apartment where I rent rooms... have you read the description of the apartment on Booking and the description of the room that you have rent?" Which seemed very uncalled for !! Especially as on Google the property is listed as a three star hotel..... Looking at some other responses to low reviews, I can see the hosts true colours - if you're unsure on this review, take a look at some others. Maybe there are so many good reviews because the host texts the guests asking for a 10 star review as soon as they have left. - There are so many rules to abide by in this apartment that I felt like I was walking on egg shells and going to be told off for just existing there - "don't touch the curtains, use the rope" etc - aside from the kettle, nothing in the kitchen seemed to work and the sink was dirty - loud noise from below at night, which is surprising since the hotel is on the top floor. Found it hard to sleep.

“Good value and central”
+Accomodation was good value for money. The owner Davide and the reception Monica were very helpful, although not all requests were met fully. The room is OK for a short stay, and comes with an additional private bathroom. Location is very central.

+The location is very central, especially for nightlife around the university but also great to walk to any sight in the city. The host Davide was extremely nice and caring and made sure everything in our stay was perfect. The feel of the building is also very charming, with nice and high ceilings that keep it cool.
−The unit lies in a shared apartment with two other similar units, bathroom and bedroom are private but the kitchen is shared. No problem for us but could be made a bit clearer in the description perhaps.

+I would gladly stay at Davide’s place again. The apartment is perfectly located, right in the heart of the historic center, yet surprisingly quiet. It is spotless, well equipped, and very comfortable. Davide is an outstanding host: warm, attentive, flexible, and always ready to help. Highly recommended without hesitation.

+Stanza pulita, personale gentile e ottima posizione
−Non c'era l'ascensore (terzo piano con scale ripide) e la finestra del bagno non era opacizzata. Un po' troppe cose da ricordarsi e di cui sentirsi non proprio a casa ma ospiti (lascia le scarpe fuori, conserva la tessera magnetica o rimani chiuso fuori e se succede devi pagare una penale, chiudi con le mandate, lava le tazze...)

+Ottima posizione, host molto gentile, camera pulita e silenziosa la notte chiudendo le finestre. Tutto perfetto
