+The location just below the castle was so idle and pretty that tourists were taking photos in front of it. The interior was a fascinating maze of bedrooms and living spaces harking back to its conversion from a family home to a boarding house.

“Fantastic stay in this médiéval town!”
+Loved this property in the town of Óbidos. We received a warm welcome from the staff - who were very helpful. The room was very comfortable with a nice view. Breakfast was great and we enjoyed meeting other travellors. The town is very busy during the day with tourists. We did day trips to the coast and returned in the evening when the town was much quieter. Highly recommend this guesthouse - the location was wonderful!

“Boa localização, mas falta de resposta e resolução de problemas!”
+O alojamento tem um espaço engraçado, com personalidade, tranquilo e está bem localizado, com belas vistas sobre a vila. São aspetos positivos que tornam o local interessante para uma estadia em Óbidos.
−A cama não é particularmente confortável, o que prejudicou a qualidade da estadia. Outro aspeto menos positivo foi o facto de a televisão não funcionar corretamente. Não conseguíamos ver qualquer canal. O aspeto mais desagradável foi a forma como foram geridas duas questões que ficaram por resolver após o check-out. Em primeiro lugar, o imposto municipal já estava incluído no pagamento efetuado através do Booking.com, mas, à chegada, foi-nos solicitado novamente o pagamento de 2 €. Ao identificarmos a duplicação, pedimos a devolução do valor no momento do check-out. Foi-nos explicado que não havia dinheiro disponível naquele momento e perguntaram-nos se, caso ainda estivéssemos pela vila durante o dia, poderíamos voltar mais tarde para levantar o valor. Como íamos passar o fim de semana em Óbidos, concordámos. Quando regressámos ao alojamento, este encontrava-se fechado. No dia seguinte, como ainda estávamos pela vila, embora já estivéssemos hospedados noutro alojamento, voltámos a passar por lá, novamente à hora de almoço, e encontrava-se fechado. Em segundo lugar, a fatura que nos foi entregue não incluía o meu NIF, pelo que solicitei a respetiva correção. Enviei várias mensagens
