“Lovely hotel in a perfect location for a balance of chill and adventure.”
+A gorgeous hotel with beautiful interiors and a spacious pool area, and incredibly close distance to the centre of Ostuni. We loved our stay here, and would recommend to others. The breakfast included fresh cakes and coffee, as well as the option of eggs, which set us up nicely for the day. A particularly nice touch which I really appreciated was the candles lit throughout the property on an evening. It made such a special atmosphere on an evening.
−The only negative was that there is a big construction project ongoing next door, which meant as we tried to enjoy the pool area, we found it hard to relax due to drilling etc. Obviously this can't be helped by the hotel but it would have been nice to be advised of this work when booking a +£300 a night hotel so that we had at least some opportunity to either accept that there may be construction noise or choose to stay elsewhere.

“Good first impression but disappointed with the standard of facilities in the rooms”
+Location was good and the residence is impressive. The two staff at breakfast were very helpful and friendly.
−We were a group of 4 accommodated in 2 rooms. One room, located on the lower ground floor had no windows and the outlook from the door was onto a stone wall. There was no toilet roll holder or hand towel rail, no shelf in the shower for the very small toiletries. No tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms. No fridge in one room. Two bottles of water provided but no drinking glasses. No bedside reading lamps in one room which opened directly onto the breakfast room. The two staff we had contact with, other than the breakfast staff, were not helpful. We won’t be returning.

“Fabulous!”
+Perfect location, wonderful staff, even went out of her way to make us breakfast earlier than usually scheduled the morning of our departure so we could eat delicious food before heading to the airport. Loved lounging around the pool as well as seeing the delights of Ostuni just a short walk away. Fabulous!

−No mini bar fridge in our room (ours was broken and not replaced during our stay and when we asked to keep drinks in their kitchen fridge were told no), nor coffee machine / kettle, so lacked a few things you’d expect in a B&B
