“Never again”
+It is situated near a pretty valley.
−What tourist accommodation calls 9.30pm late?? Tourists are sightseeing all day. That's a normal time to arrive, just after nightfall. I'm not sure why this woman works in the tourism industry. She has zero human relationships skills whatsoever. When we booked this place, we informed her that we would not arrive until after the check-in time. She totally our message and proceeded to send us quite a rude and abrupt generic message (only in Romanian) demanding that her guests arrive at the house "before 8 to avoid any unpleasant situations'. As we were travelling all day, we had patchy network coverage. However, when we did have coverage, we realised that she ignored our message, so we texted her several times throughout the day, both in booking.com and on WhatsApp to inform her again that we'd arrive later. She didn't bother to read any of the messages or reply to them. Finally, we resorted to requesting a late check-in through booking.com instead. However, she ignored that too.........until 9.30pm, the exact time that we arrived at the property. And she had the nerve to refuse it. However, by them, it was too late. We had already arrived at the property and knocked on the door. She

+Location is just great. Ms Carmen is very kind and you can feel she put her soul in each detail of the place. The garden is nice and has many leasure facilities. The only issue was that the spa wasn't working, so be sure to ask about that in advance.
