“AVOID THIS HOTEL - Please read!!!!!”
+Do not get this hotel - i’ve stayed in 100s of places around the world - i have never had such a bad experience. the owners were horrible to deal with, very arrogant and unpleasant, made threats towards me. the pipes in the building are terrible - everytime you use the tap, loud noise, when someone uses the shower, the building shakes. You can hear noise through the walls - completely unprivate. There is light and noise pollution. The property also had cleanliness problems - not sure the bathroom had been cleaned in weeks. I would say the location is good but the uber driver could never find it so you find yourself walking the dark alleyways at night trying to get back - which as a tourist, is unsafe.
−As above. Everything was awful.

“If you value sleep don’t go here. Super noisy and loud staff”
+The location was good, and the bed was comfortable, although on the shorter side (190 cm)
−Staff was a bit slow and not super helpful. It’s very noisy, you can hear the water with every shower/toilet visit in the entire building. But also every night between midnight and 2am there were loud people in the hallways. We figured they were other guests but found out it was actually staff. Staff really shouldn’t wake an entire hotel up past midnight, super unprofessional. At 6am the noise started again so we barely could sleep. Also the WiFi is absolute shit.

“Small but efficient little hotel near the historic centre with nice staff”
+This is little ho(s)tel up a quiet little street near the historic centre of Bogota, backing into the university quarter and with the heart of La Candelaria only a few minutes' walk away. My room was small, and the shower and bathroom were both closet-sized, but that wasn't a problem as I could fit into both pretty easily (and I am a rather large person). What set this place apart for me was how nice the staff were. The lady even helped me deal with a fire alarm whose batteries had run low and who had got it into its tiny electric brain to disturb my sleep by beeping insistently every 17 seconds!
