“Great Property, but Unacceptable Booking & Noise Issues”
+Great Property, but Unacceptable Booking & Noise Issues Overall Rating: ⭐⭐ (2/5) While the physical location itself is very clean and comfortable, deserving 5 stars for cleanliness and comfort, the rest of our stay was disappointing due to poor organization and guest management.
−Room Mismanagement: I booked a single room for myself and two teenagers, specifically choosing this location because of the pool. However, because a large group booked multiple rooms after us, our original room was given away. We were offered 2 separate rooms free of charge instead of the 1 we paid for, which meant I had to split up from my kids for the night. Pool Availability & Cost: When we asked about using the pool, we were surprisingly told it was "already fully booked." It was far too late for us to change locations at that point. Also, note that pool access requires an extra fee and is not included automatically. Noise & Guest Behavior: The large group staying at the property was extremely noisy throughout our stay, constantly slamming doors and even knocking on other guests' doors. If you decide to stay here, I strongly recommend contacting the host directly before booking to confirm room availability and reserve pool access in advance to avoid surprises.
