−There was no hot water, and the apartment was kind of dirty and there were a lot of ants. Also, both the bathroom and the sink drain were blocked and dirty water was coming up through the drains. We sent messages about the water and they didn’t reply.

“It's a matter of personal preference, but we enjoyed our staying in Venice”
+We loved the location and didn't mind the worn-out doors and bathroom tiles because we spent most of our time exploring the city. After all, we came to Venice, not to sit in our room. The location is simply fantastic. The Bridge of Sighs is just around the corner, St. Mark’s Square is a few minutes' walk away, and the vaporetto stops are even closer. Arriving and departing is completely hassle-free. You won't get lost , just follow the signs for San Marco and you'll find the place. The proximity to the main attractions makes up for everything else. While the property shows signs of wear, it is by no means unclean. You can leave your luggage there on the day of your arrival or departure. There is air conditioning. Ultimately, it's a matter of personal preference, but we enjoyed our stay in Venice and would definitely stay here again if Casa Banon is available during our next visit.
−This place leaves a mixed impression. The interior is clearly past its prime and in need of a refresh. Our neighbors from Cannes, France, thought the price was too high for such a "vintage" (worn-out) state. Don't expect a view from the windows, as there isn't one. The only coffee provided was instant.

“Venecia hermosa 💖”
+La habitación era sin desayuno, pero la ubicación era excelente. Estábamos al lado de la Plaza San Marco y estación Szacaria, lo que nos permitió movernos a diferentes puntos de Venecia. Cama con sabanas limpias.
−Al llegar al hotel la entrada de la recepción estaba obstruida por bolsas y la escalera estaba forrada con una alfombra, en la cual, en algunos de los escalones estaba pegada con cinta de papel engomada y había que pasar con cuidado. La pieza por estar completamente alfombrada se notaba sucio a la vista. El desagüe de la ducha estaba tapado pero hicimos el reclamo y fueron muy rápidos en solucionar el problema.

“meno male che ho un grande spirito di adattamento.”
+La struttura è centrale, alle spalle di piazza San Marco. E' carina, ha grandi potenzialità, peccato sia molto lasciata andare.
−Sono stato nella stanza 143, in cima a tutto il fabbricato, tre rampe di scale, la stanza è carina, ma si vede che è molto datata, occorrerebbe una buona ripresa. L'accesso dall'esterno è abbastanza datato, le scale sono rivestite con una moquette azzurra nella quale si inciampava, rischiando di ruzzolare giù, specialmente quando si scendeva.Il piatto della doccia, si riempiva con l'acqua che non scendeva liberamente, sicuramente c'era un'ostruzione. Il rubinetto della doccia era attaccato con dello scotch. La luce di emergenza che indicava l'uscita, era coperta con ovatta e cerotti sporchi, probabilmente opera di qualche ospite precedente. La porta non è stato mai possibile chiuderla a chiave, dall'esterno, quando si usciva, la dovevi tirare e basta. C'erano moltissime zanzare, meno male hanno messo una racchetta elettrica per eliminarle. Ho provato a contattare per la serratura, senza ricevere risposta. Il personale fa il minimo indispensabile, qualche volta che ho incontrato qualcuno, parlava solo al telefono e non ti guardava nemmeno in viso.

−La qualité de propreté et des prestations très basses , au regard du cout très élevé de la facture . Booking ne devrait pas proposer ce genre d hotel avec un prix aussi élevé , completement en inequation avec les services hoteliers . Moquette sale , balcon encombré de saletés ,de matelas ,de dechets ...
