“Okay for a cheap quick stay”
+The staff was super kind and helpful. The location couldn’t be better, next to a lot of restaurants and cafes. Also the neighborhood is lovely. Easy to find and 10 minutes walking from the bus station.
−One of the bathrooms did not have light (at least not one we could find) and the door didn’t lock. The upstairs bathroom did not have a toilet seat or lid which made it a bit unsanitary. Also even though the room was clean, the sheets and furniture were very old. The lights also stopped working leaving us a whole evening in the dark after sunset, even the one in the outside right in front of the door.

“It wasn't right!”
+The only good thing about it is that it's in a good location!
−When I got there, there were several keys in the safe. I recognized my room from the picture, so I took one out, thinking I’d try it to see if it would open the door, since I was in a hurry. To my great surprise, it opened several rooms, but none of them was mine. I tried the other keys as well, but none of them worked on my room. When I went back 5-6 hours later, there was a key waiting in the safe with my name on it, but no room number. However, that one also opened several rooms... I finally found my room, but it was full of trash, so I moved into another one because I met someone in the meantime who said it was okay. The hygiene, however, left a lot to be desired.

“Lugar horrível”
+A única coisa boa é a localização.
Qualquer pessoa poderia entrar no quarto.
