“Ideally situated for an authentic stay in a peaceful part of Valetta close to all the sights.”
+Location was brilliant for exploring the city. Authentic feel - lots of character.
−We would have appreciated seeing staff. Also more milk and bottled water in the room would have been good .

+The location was good & a nicely set up place - quirky & clean
−There needs to be much more warning about the stairs & the number of floors. We were on 4th floor & way more steps than we expected. The restaurant had loud, amplified music until 11pm on our first night & staff weren’t too impressed when we asked for it to stop right on 11. Hotel guests have travelled & are tired. It Felt very impersonal. I was expecting a better experience due to recommendations - I was very disappointed.

“Patchy but successful for our short 3 nights visit”
+The location and friendliness of everyone we met.
−My room didn’t have an o suit bathroom, was very high up 4 flights of stairs and difficulty to get to also facing a noise live music alley till late nights and no breakfast offered.

“Disappointing - should have paid more attention to the specs (only room available) when booking !”
+Location quite central , but difficult to find on evening arrival. Traditional property furnished with many interesting items.
−Top/4th floor room, with 61 steps and no lift. Avoid unless young and fit ! Bedroom was small and poorly equipped - no chair, fridge or table - private allocated shower / toilet separate from bedroom along a short corridor. In retrospect an apartment might have been a better choice than this particular room.

“Good location”
+The property is in a charming street very well located for walking around Valetta
−The room we had , 4 ( 3rd floor twin ) was extremely small. Fine for a night but would be claustrophobic for longer .

+Nice location, nice staff.
−Inside it feels a bit crowded of all the things that you can see there. Maybe less in this case will be better.

“Stunning property with friendly staff”
+Stunning hotel an amazing location. They have a fabulous restaurant attached. The staff were incredible. When booking if you can’t do too many stairs, make sure to mention that we had to walk up and down about six floors also the room we had had a private bathroom, but it was not en suite.
