“Delightful hotel- would be easy to spend a week in this interesting city”
+Beautifully decorated colonial house full of art and antiques. Themed rooms - ours is the library room with good collection of books. Rooftop breakfast was perfect with volcano views(better early). Easy walk to market & plaza but in quieter non touristy area. Helpful friendly staff.

“Nice stay in a quiet area”
+In a nice quiet area, 10 minute walk from Plaza de Armas, perfect training for our first experience of altitude. Nice breakfast with a wonderful view from the roof terrace. Very friendly staff who spoke excellent English
−Very minor issues that wouldn't stop me staying again. Only bin was in the toilet, would of liked another one in the bedroom for general rubbish. Some of the paintwork looked a little tired and could do with a link of paint.

+Casa Arequipa is an absolute gem of a hotel. The style and eye for detail of the decor is exceptional and really makes this hotel something special. The staff are amazing and extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the city. Great location and easily walkable into the main historic centre. 5-star breakfast served each day!

“Could do better”
+Old house with just several rooms in a quiet neighborhood
−Facilities a bit rundown and no purified water was offered ( just to buy) as with any other place I stayed in Peru. When I asked if there is water available for brushing teeth I was told to use the tap or buy….

+10mn from the plaza de armas, in a very peaceful neighborhood. Nice family hotel with a soul. I really love the decoration of the villa. And the staff was super friendly. I was there two different times and I left my lugagge when I went to the Colca canyon trek. Perfect place!
