“Very good location. Only 4 mins away with car from the city center. Everything was modern. Nearby there is a big superma”
+I liked that we would always find parking in the street. The villa was so modern and the staff was very friendly.
−The only thing was the shower. The water would go out of the shower.

+Very clean, modern with good spacious balcony. Staff helpful and responsive. Good location for old town ( 20mins).
−Only slight issue would be air conditioning not great so room very warm.

+Access to old town easy by foot, access by car very easy with loads of parking. Beautiful, clean and well maintained. Silvia is an amazing host. Responses to msgs were prompt.
−Not just here, this can be for all of Sardinia. Ability to make coffee is great but a small container of milk would make the stay even better.

“Dos días en Olbia”
+El alojamiento estaba muy limpio y con una bonita decoración, la habitación era amplia al igual que el baño y una terraza muy espaciosa, quizás necesitaría más iluminación tanto en la habitación como en el baño.
−No tenía muchas opciones para comer y cenar en los alrededores, aunque culpa mía que NO lo leí; el CHECK IN era de 15:00 a 17:00 y me aparece bastante ajustado, me llegó un mensaje de que tenía el ingreso a las 15:00 le expliqué que llegaría a las 19:00 y me contestó que probablemente no estaría y me dejaría la llave con un tercero, esto ya me ocasionó cambiar planes y al final ir al alojamiento a las 15:00, me atendió un chico que me dio la llave de la habitación la cual abría también las puertas de la calle y me explicó el funcionamiento del aire acondicionado. Nadie ni personalmente ni por escrito (wassp) me facilitó alguna otra instrucción como por ejemplo clave de wifi, lugares de interés, etc. Solo estuve dos noches y NO hicieron la habitación, ya no me refiero a limpieza sino a la cama. Las condiciones de cambio de toallas, cama, limpieza de habitación NO vienen especificadas en Booking, sino que leerán expuestas en la entrada del establecimiento, las habitaciones están en una primera planta sin ascensor. Conclusión muy bonito, pero NO practico, no volvería.
