+Casa Albert is conveniently located to access the railway and also a reasonable, straightforward walk into the historic centre. The room was large, comfortable, clean and quiet. Our host was very responsive, friendly and willing to help. Close to local style cafes and a gym. Excellent value and highly recommend.

“Excellent host and comfortable room”
+Very comfortable room, spotlessly clean with nice decorations. The separate bathroom is well equipped and spacious. Our host Ennio is super friendly and helpful. The location is also very convenient with a nice cafe just around the corner. You can walk to the train station within 5 minutes.

+I very much enjoyed the experience of staying at Casa Albert Stanley. The apartment is 3 minutes away from the train station of Bologna, which is very convenient, because one can get from the airport to the train station within 12-15 minutes using the Marconi Express monorail. The room is very spacious, with a high ceiling and a balcony. There is an impressive bookshelf (though almost all books are in Italian) and a set of modern art paintings on the walls, which give the room an artistic vibe. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows had exactly the right thickness and firmness for my taste. The bathroom is also very spacious and well equipped with all expected amenities. The host, Ennio, is very welcoming and nice. He was very eager to ask every time we would intersect whether everything was in order, making himself available for any requirement. Though my visit was a work related one (attending an academic conference), I felt very welcome in my stay at Casa Albert.
−The apartment is in an older building and, as such, the room does not have that many "extra" wall plugs. However, it was very easy for me to replace a lamp cable for my phone charger to have my phone charge during the night. :) The apartment uses a centralized heating system, which appeared to not be engaged in Bologna in October. Temperatures during the day would reach 18 degrees Celsius outside (so no problem there), but it could get a bit chilly during the night. The room does have an AC unit which could be used for heating, but I did not feel the need to use it: the bed covers are more than enough for a comfortable sleep during the night, and I was away at the conference during the day.

+Posizione comodissima a due passi dalla stazione centrale e con i punti di interesse facilmente raggiungibili anche con una bella e semplice passeggiata. Camera molto ampia e confortevole, pulita come il bagno privato dato in servizio. Lo staff è gentilissimo e familiare, ti fa sentire a casa, come se convivessi con loro da sempre al pari di vecchi amici.

“Beste Lage, entzückender Gastgeber”
+Ein absolut reizender, extrem hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, der in einem anderen Teil der Wohnung wohnt und daher immer für Fragen oder Wünsche erreichbar ist. Seine Restaurant-Empfehlungen waren super. Das Zimmer ist sehr schön und künstlerisch eingerichtet, das Badezimmer großzügig und reichlich mit Handtüchern und Zubehör ausgestattet. Alles ist absolut sauber und das WiFi funktioniert bestens. Im Haus unten ist eine der besten Bäckereien Bolognas. Die Lage auf der Nordseite des Bahnhofs ist ideal, wenn man mit dem Flughafenzug anreist. Dann sind es nur etwa 5 Minuten zu Fuß bis zur Unterkunft. Da sich die Unterkunft in einem Wohngebiet befindet, ist es zudem ruhig.
